Happened six times in two days after previous complaint was supposedly rectifie Wrote detailed complaint of car lurching after coming to a dead stop. Happened six times in two days after previous complaint was supposedly rectified. Tech took car out for a spin and said it seemed fine. Kept car all day and did not call till after 5PM that they could find no problem. That was because they never bothered to read the issues in the complaint. Driving the car around at constant speed of 25 MPH by tech was stupid. Of course they couldn't find the problem. Had they read the complaint about lurching after a dead stop, AND not let the car sit there most of the day till they could get to it- although it was dropped off the night before, they might have located the issue(s). This was the third time car was brought back for same issues, and still not fixed. Days and days wasted. Last time for this dealership. Hopefully I can find a competent dealer nearby. This one is certainly not competent. This was the second time out of three that they could not find problem. By the time they found the previous problem, it was so bad, that transmission had to be completely overhauled- gouges and scoring all inside the transmission. Had they listened the first time it was brought in, instead of insisting there were no error codes, therefore there could be no problem- transmission would not have been so bad. Now they again tell me there are no error codes and tech took car for a spin and it seemed ok, so therefore the six times in two days that the car lurched on me, must have been my imagination. Yea, just like the first time I brought it in with problems. By the way, prior to overhaul of transmission and finding of gouges and scoring- they checked for error codes, and found none- yet they still are insisting that there would be error codes if there was a problem. They obviously do not learn from their mistakes. More
Not Satisfied / No Ciocca Promise!!! To make a long story short, They did not deliver on what was promised. I will never purchase or sevice a car at any of these dealerships.
