Good service but not cheap The service was quick and timely but you pay the dealership premium on supplies and labor. Had front brakes, four tires, oil change, and alignment. Best Car Buying Experience by Far I was referred to Ciocca by my parents based off of their excellent experience. Rather than just passing me over to the next available rep, he did some digging for vehicles and got me set up for when I got in the door. John answered a ton of questions for me and pointed me in the right direction. Following the initial interaction, Devin took care of us moving forward. Our situation was unique as we had recently experienced an accident with our vehicle and unfortunately, it was deemed totaled. Devin knew exactly what to do, listened to what our needs were, and within the hour we were squared away on the car we wanted. He knew we were traveling from a distance, therefore, he respected our timeframe and got things moving right away. Lastly, Nick and Jimmy took over regarding our finance paperwork and options. From prior experience, I have never been given as much detail regarding our new vehicle.
