Normally very good but this time, it was awful. I went in to get my boots replaced and I had a test done on my truck to see why it was bucking every couple weeks here and there. I also got a rental I went in to get my boots replaced and I had a test done on my truck to see why it was bucking every couple weeks here and there. I also got a rental car through my warrenty. I was told that my spark plugs were splitting and it would be 500 dollars so I asked them to wait. When I got my truck back, it was covered in grease and blood and there was a dent in the door. Enterprise also took out the 100 dollar security deposit and never put it back because someone new was working with me. I returned the truck to ford and had them fix the inside and outside for me. When I got it back, my daughter's stroller was thrown in the bed of the truck on top of trash so it is now ruined. My truck is also bucking every 2 seconds because they were playing with it and I am terrified to drive. I still have yet to hear back from them about the stroller and the bucking. My 100 dollars still hasn't gone back in and it's been 2 weeks. I am pissed off and never coming back to ford. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this experience. More

Appreciate the Followup I had both my Ford Fusion and Ford Escape in for different reasons. While servicing the Escape, there was a minor issue mounting one of the tires, and I had both my Ford Fusion and Ford Escape in for different reasons. While servicing the Escape, there was a minor issue mounting one of the tires, and it caused damage to the wheel. Tim made it very clear that this would be replaced at no charge, and he even threw in a car wash to rectify the issue. It was also discovered that there was an oil leak in the engine compartment. I deferred on getting this serviced right off the bat, so I could look into it a little more. A day or two later, Tim called when he discovered that this repair would be covered by my power train warranty. Tim went above and beyond to reach out to me like this, and I greatly appreciate it. I am very pleased with the level of service that I am receiving from Ciocca Ford. More
