Tim Adams is the best! I write specifically in praise of Tim Adams, my CSR for service on my 2016 Fusion. I was greeted promptly upon arrival in Quakertown, and my expectat I write specifically in praise of Tim Adams, my CSR for service on my 2016 Fusion. I was greeted promptly upon arrival in Quakertown, and my expectations were all met, PLUS some! I came in for a Ciocca Promise Oil Change, and an state inspection, after only leasing the car for 5 months. There was a mismatch between the inspection month sticker and my lease month initiation. Tim said, "NO PROBLEM , if you wish, we'll make them match!" AND he DID! - without even charging me for the sticker! I was outta there in less than one hour! I am so grateful. Great job! More

First experience at Ciocca dealership I found my first experience using the Ciocca Ford Service Center very satisfying. I scheduled an appointment on line and wanted to get an oil change. I found my first experience using the Ciocca Ford Service Center very satisfying. I scheduled an appointment on line and wanted to get an oil change. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by many nice people. All were anxious to help me. Once I checked in with the service rep, I was assigned a specific person to help me with the process. He was very courteous and asked if I had any other concerns. Once he knew of my other concerns he made note of them to make sure the mechanic was on the same page. After a brief wait my oil was changed, I received a free alignment and brake check, and my small concern was fixed with no charge! Hats off to all those who I met and had the fortune to speak with! Good Job!! More
