I recently purchased a new vehicle. Unfortunately I could not find what I wanted at Ciocca. Ever heard of the saying " what have you done for me lately"? You get the picture. I thought it would be complementary that I would want to use Ciocca service. Guess not. The service provided was fine even though I was charged emissions when my car had under 5000 total. More

Dane Carl handled the purchase of a 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands. I find that Dane was an excellent salesperson and went out of the way to make the purchase fluid. When handling the purchase I feel he did his best to help myself and Ciocca come to an agreement for the purchase. EXCELLENT SALESMAN Kris Gerald He handled the financial part of my deal. The extended warranty part of the deal was not handled clearly. We went through many iterations and computer screens before we verbally agreed to the Premium Plus program for 3 years beyond the manufacturer’s 3 year bumper to bumper warranty for a total of 72 months. After signing papers on the pc screen he gave me a memory stick with all documents. When I went home I did not see any signed papers agreeing to the extended warranty timeframe nor a detail of explanation document of the Premium Plus coverage. After asking him several times via e-mail, he finally sent me a document showing AVC (who I found out later handles the warranty claims) shows the warranty for 60/60000/100. This document was not part of the document info he gave me on the memory stick. This created confusion, we spoke on the phone that we verbally agreed to 72 months but for some “reason” it ended 60 months. He said he would talk to AVC that day about extending it to the 72 months. He has not confirmed that despite multiple requests an update status. Finally, he did contact me but had not talked to AVC yet. He offered me a refund on the purchase of the extended warranty. My wife and I did want an extended warranty and resolved to keep it with hope that he did follow through with successfully contacting AVC. Poor communication! More
