I finally found one that was exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. Diana set me up with matt. Who is one of the nicest and and most honest salesman I've dealt with when buying a car. He was very informative about everything the explorer had to offer. I had a tru car emai stating what they would sell me the car for. No haggling just straight forward pricing!!then I meet with Joe! Again super nice informative and honest!!! Joe and matt made the whole car buying experience very easy! I drove am hour to go and buy a car from them rather then go five minutes from my house! Fantastic first car buying experience. I already knew plenty about the vehicle I was going to purchase, but being paired up with another ST enthusiast (Josh Schwoyer) only further helped me I already knew plenty about the vehicle I was going to purchase, but being paired up with another ST enthusiast (Josh Schwoyer) only further helped me decide on my 2016 Fiesta ST. I can say nothing less than the fact that I am utterly thrilled with this car, and that I got a fantastic deal from Ciocca ford of Quakertown! These guys do an ABOVE AND BEYOND fantastic job! Given my process was a bit extended because I was waiting on an insurance claim to be finished with, they really worked with me. No flood of emails, no constant harassing calls, and best of all ; the first day I went in and told him "I wasn't purchasing on the same day", I wasn't just dropped off or shooed away! Major kudos to the entire team over at Ciocca ford of quakertown for bringing a first time vehicle purchasing experience to a totally different level! easy, laid back, and totally successful in the end. On a side note, things really could not have gotten better just as I was about to roll off the lot. Mr. Breslin, the one who discussed finances with me stopped me just before I rolled off, only to find out that my APR was dropped from a 2.9% to a 1.9%!!! You guys really went the extra mile in helping me get the best deal possible. Again, if you are looking into purchasing a vehicle and want to explore all of your options for a vehicle that fits you and your life and budget just right, this is the place to go. I couldn't have been any more satisfied driving off of that dealership lot. More

I had hardly sat down in the waiting area when I already saw my vehicle being taken in for service. Every detail was explained to me in a way that I understood what needed to be done, the price was very reasonable, and I was on my way less than 40 minutes later!
