They over charged me for the Inspections/Emission and refused over the phone to credit it back to my credit card w/o me coming in, but would give me a credit. I did not want credit, just the money that should never have been taken. I was told there was a nail in my tire, and for $30.00 I assumed they plugged it. Monday, on my way to work (Interstate 83) my tire pressure light came back on. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. More

Service Deparment is TERRIBLE! Absolutely terrible. Bought a truck from here and got most service from here for the life of the truck. Went to get spark plugs and coils changed out Absolutely terrible. Bought a truck from here and got most service from here for the life of the truck. Went to get spark plugs and coils changed out and their service dept snapped a bolt to one of the coils. Needless to say they said it wasn't their fault and it was added cost to me ($1000+). Talk about Ford loyalty.. won't be buying a Ford again thanks to these "fine" people. Oh, and until their service manager could review what happened they let me ride around with zip tie that held the coil in place. The zip tie is STILL holding the coil in place and the service manager appears to not care at all. I WOULD AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH APPLE! More

We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back! More

fraudulent car report I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from them in April of this year. And I wasn't told that it came from a auto auction in PA. I was told that a couple trad I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from them in April of this year. And I wasn't told that it came from a auto auction in PA. I was told that a couple traded it in for a new SUV. I also wasn't old that car had a fuel pump replacement done in 2015 either. Started having problems with loosing power going done the road in May. So the car was taken in for service while it was in for service . I was told it may have a bad wheel bearing or hub bearing. They never could find out what was with my car. So we drove it home and in October the fuel pump went up again Now the car has a problem with it that no can seem to find. The car starts loosing power or the motor isn't getting fuel to it. My car has spent most of October in another Ford Dealer for repair. This car should not have passed inspection. The car is unsafe to drive N.S.T.H.A this is the government agency who looks into recalls. Some signed off on a unsafe car to drive. More
