I don’t have a problem paying for good service at dealerships, I really don’t. I could’ve had a starter put in my truck for a lot less money, but I know I’m getting good quality parts from Ford. Charging people $200 for a diagnostic fee that is getting work done at the dealership is absolute xxxxxxxx. I understand today’s economy is different, but what I think you all need to understand is when people bring a vehicle to a dealership they are already expected to pay a higher fee, but not $200 xxxxxxxx diagnostic fee. Come on everybody. That is price gouging and you know it. More

It was one of the worst experiences of my life. It had the truck for three weeks. I was only supposed to be $100 deductible. Didn’t tell me that my Ciocca Promise program had been used up, that should have been told to me before work was done. While there I did get a quote to have my fluids checked and basic maintenance for $17 used up, that should have been told to me before work was done.
