Not only did we walk into Ciocca Honda with a 2011 Honda Civic but we told him we NEED the Honda Pilot PHILY YOUNG IS THE GREATEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did we walk into Ciocca Honda with a 2011 Honda Civic but we told him we NEED the Honda Pilot and NOTHING else. We gave Phil the price range we could afford and even before going into Honda we knew this was almost IMPOSSIBLE. A great sales man like Phil Young can help you in many ways however when your in Honda waiting for papers to get processed, waiting for other people to get service, it can be a very long day. Phil doesn't make it seem like it's a long day as well Phil isn't a pushy salesman wanting you to buy top of the line. That goes a long way because it did not look good for me and my family getting into a pilot that day, but with the help of General Sales Manager Matt, we were able to get things worked out. The best part is we got the price range we asked for, the Honda Pilot we wanted, and instead of the base model we were able to get the next model up. FANTASTIC, how amazing. I would recommend Phil Young (Ciocca Honda) to anyone who needs a vehicle. Thanks to Phil Young, and GM Matt the long day didn't seem so long after all and we left with a Honda Pilot we never thought we could leave with. We are so thankful to Phil, GM Matt, and the other gentleman that was David who helped get the paper work done quickly. Thank You so much Ciocca Honda, we are grateful. A Great Blessing I can't thank Mr. Phillip enough for not only helping me but for helping my family. When walked in there I was thinking they weren't going help me, b I can't thank Mr. Phillip enough for not only helping me but for helping my family. When walked in there I was thinking they weren't going help me, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Mr. Philips ask me if he could help find a car. I gave him my price range and the features that the car must have in for me to even look at it.At first I didn't think he would find anything in my price range or with the features I requested without asking for car payments. When he came back to his desk he said I think I have what your looking for. so Mr. Philips showed me the car I was shocked it was like a dream come true. I couldn't believe that My Philips found a car that had all the features I requested and more. We went for a test drive and I was even more excited, I started to fall in love with the car not even knowing the price tag. When we got back to the dealership I ask Mr. Philips what's the price he told the price and my face lite up with the biggest smile. This car was a great blessing from Honda and from Mr. Philips he even help me get car insurance for a low price as well. Me and my family both appreciate the time and the effort Mr. Philips took to help me find the perfect car with the perfect price and low price car insurance. You usually don't find a car salesmen that help you from the moment you walked in the door and to the last moment you leave with a car that meets all your needs. Great Experience I recently went to Ciocca Honda to look at a 2012 Honda Odyssey to accommodate my growing family. I had an appointment with Ed King to look at the va I recently went to Ciocca Honda to look at a 2012 Honda Odyssey to accommodate my growing family. I had an appointment with Ed King to look at the van and test drive it. Ed was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once I was satisfied with the test drive I worked with Ed and Sean Solomon to hash out a deal. The van was already reasonably price the only detail that needed to be sorted out was the value of my trade it. I had a reasonable value in my head that I wanted for my trade-in and after some moderate discussion Sean was able to meet me at the value I requested for my trade-in vehicle. I then put a deposit on the van and came back two days later to complete the transaction. Upon arrival I only waited a few minutes before Tony Kertulis brought me back to his office to discuss the terms of the deal and sign all the paper work. Tony had all the paper work ready ahead of my arrival so that the signing process was quick and painless. While Tony gathered all my copies of the paper work he told me I could feel free to go ahead and move all my stuff from my old car to the van. I have bought several cars over the past 5-6 years and this was first time any dealer ever offered this. I certainly appreciated that as it save me time and got me back on the road that much sooner. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Ciocca Honda! More

We visited the dealership the night before to check out the used vehicle inventory. It was after hours and Phil was leaving for the day, he could have left without saying a word, but he stayed and talked with us and worked diligently to assess our needs. We ended up back at the dealership the next day and purchased a beautiful Certified Pre Owned 2012 Honda Accord EX. The car runs smoothly and the price was great. We are happy to add this Accord to our Honda family of vehicles. We were slightly disappointed with the trade in value we received for our 2006 Nissan Altima, but the overall price of the vehicle we purchased was within the range of what we were willing to spend so it all worked out. We highly recommend working with Phil. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile! More
