Dissapointed - Didn't pay attention to details A deal was worked out over the phone for a vehicle they had listed online but when I got to the dealership I found out that car had already been sold. I purchased a different Veloster but the hatch release was not working correctly I was assured this would be taken care of and my car was left at the dealership with service set up first thing the next day. I showed up at the agreed time 7:30 AM only to discover the Service department did not open for another half hour and the service manager knew nothing about my car just had the keys sitting on his desk. My hatch release still does not open properly and the door open light for the hatchback comes on often while I'm driving. The gas tank was practically empty when I left the lot as well so I had to return to get that taken care of. Blue Link still doesn't work even after signing up online with credit card? More
