To be honest, he is one of the main reasons my husband and I returned to purchase our vehicle here after shopping around at other dealerships - because of the professionalism we experienced dealing with Frank. I have purchased many cars throughout my life, and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had! Frank was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. He was polite and willing to do whatever he could to make our experience at Coleman pleasant while providing us with all the necessary information we needed to make a good decision regarding our new purchase. There was no pressure whatsoever. It was obvious when he said "Do you think I might be able to win your business?" he was asking sincerely. Even our business office experience was painless. No pressure, to the point, done deal! Frank assured me that if I needed anything to 'just call' and I believe him as I have already taken him up on it! He is willing to help in any way he can, even after the deal is signed! It is obvious he wants his customers to be satisfied and return to Coleman in the future!
