My experience at Coleman Kia was great! My Salesman was very attentive and considerate. I gave a slightly lower rating in overall experience only because of the length of time required to complete the deal very attentive and considerate. Never felt buying pressure from salesman or anyone else in dealership. They gave me time to make my own decision and review terms and never tried the gimmick of saying "this deal is so good, but its a lim in dealership. I would never purchase a Subaru from Coleman Subaru. A month after purchasing a NEW Subaru my oil light come on - I brought it in to be serviced. I was told I must have an oil change. They explained they month after purchasing a NEW Subaru my oil light come on - I brought it in to be serviced. I was told I must have an oil change. They explained they needed to change to oil so they can monitor the level. I agreed but asked for it to be at no cost to me since the car was a month old and had under 1,000 miles, they refused and forced me to pay! Coleman Subaru also takes advantage of its customers by encouraging owners to change synthetic oil every 3,000 miles instead of every 7,500 miles the manual suggests. The survive depart told me "nj has hazard driving roads which is why the oil needs to be changed more often" I don't know about you, but the roads by me certainly aren't hazard. I currently have been going to Flemington Subaru and find them to be professional, helpful, and caring towards the customers. More
