From the moment we walked in the door, everyone at the dealership helped us with the baby (opened doors, even offered to walk his stroller!, ect). If we didn't need help, they all came over just to visit. The rest of the car buying experience was quick and easy. There were multiple people there to assist so everything was done simultaneously so we did not have to waste any time waiting for the next step to be completed. Adrian was excellent to work with, knowledgeable about his products, and made sure to follow up within a few days of my purchase to ensure I was satisfied. As my first new car purchase, Ciocca definitely made it a painless process. So far, I love my new Subaru and will likely be a dedicated Subaru owner for life! More

He's easy to work with, ridiculously knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, and a straight shooter. That being said, I definitely do my homework when it comes to major purchases, so rest assured I followed the 'trust but verify' maxim and made several calls around to other Subaru sales operations, and it turns out my gut instinct was correct: Mike was offering as competitive a price as possible for the vehicle I was interested in. And given that he makes it easy to work with him -- why would you go anyplace else? More
