We had a problem with our new vehicle the day after the sales and he responded quickly to my call and made sure the problem was being taken care of with the service department. Jim our financial manager also did a great job of explaining our options and was respectful of our choices. I certainly would recommend this dealership to family and friends and will continue to use Ciocca for years to come! More

I was treated well from the moment I was contacted by Shelby in the internet departme I bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. My experience was fantastic. I was treated well from the moment I was contacted by Shelby in the internet department to the signing of the finance contract and taking my car home. My salesman, Donny, did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied. He was patient, friendly, and helpful. The buying process was easy, the finance application was easy, and the people were a delight to deal with. I was shown the facilities, offered hospitality, and dealt with in a warm personal manner. So helpful I came in to look at what was probably the only Acura on the Subaru lot. Milton was extremely helpful in teaching me about the car, even though he wasn't super familiar with it. I ended up going back and forth between the Acura and the new Forester with Milton pointing out things to me that I had mentioned were important to me. It was clear he was listening to what I was looking for, but also didn't try to sway me in either direction. I ended up getting the Acura, with an incredible price that couldn't be beat anywhere, including out of state- trust me, I tried! I would recommend Milton and Ciocca to anyone looking for a car. More

We went in on Black Friday an hour before the dealership even opened, and he was still willing to help us right away. He helped us buy a new Forester, and we were very happy with him because of his transparency. It was clear to us that he was not typical-car-salesman trying to make the best deal for himself that he could, but he really wanted us to walk away with the best deal that worked for US. We were in and out of the dealership all day and he was consistently helpful and understanding of our needs for the car. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for Subaru’s in the Lehigh valley area! More

Gotta Go to Mike! (Mohr) This was my second time purchasing a car from Mike. In 2015, I finally bought my first Subaru. It was a used 2011 Impresa Wagon and I LOVED IT! I pla This was my second time purchasing a car from Mike. In 2015, I finally bought my first Subaru. It was a used 2011 Impresa Wagon and I LOVED IT! I planned to have it until it died. The universe on the other hand, had other plans. In May 2017, I totaled it. I was devastated and the situation of having to buy a car was unexpected. I didn't have money "saved up" or even put to the side in the incident that something like this would happen. Since I had such a good experience with my first Subaru, I decided to go back to Mike because I trusted him- I got a great deal on my other Impresa, and I knew he would make it happen again. I had a budget, but I wanted to get something either the same year or newer than my last car (obviously). Unfortunately for me, the dealership didn't have the same car that I just totaled and so badly wanted back. BUT- I was able to find a used 2014 Subaru Impresa wagon that was very reasonably priced for what it was. Long story short (ha)- Mike saved the day and got me into a car that I liked and was able to afford. We even emailed back and forth for a few days discussing options. He went above and beyond! He will always be who I return to when I need a new car! More
