Worst experience I ever had. Never go there again They pushed me into buying a car that had issues. I never test drove that car, I test drove a different "like" one. The General Manager Kyle Egge said he would make sure my payments were $350 or less, When I went to sign the paper, the payments were $373. I refused to sign the papers because it wasn't what we agreed to. They only care about selling a car, not the people buying them. I have bought many cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience I ever had. They have this mission statement about have the best customer experience. That is a load of malarkey. All they care about is the sale and then they wipe their hands free of you. They are crooks and now have turned me off Subaru all together. This site is forcing me to put a star rating - I would like to put 0 stars. They suck More
Wouldn't go to anyone or anywhere else! I did a lot of shopping and homework looking for a new vehicle. I went to dealers within 100 mile radius. Ciocca Subaru, HANDS DOWN, was by far the best deal anywhere. I have spent over 6 hours in the past going back and forth and still not walking out with a vehicle. Greg made this nothing short of a positive, pleasant, and financially satisfying experience. He paid attention to the small details and found exactly what we were looking for. Which is exactly why we went directly to Greg again for our purchase of another Forester this year. We now own two Foresters and couldn't be happier. The service and follow up exceeds any expectations a buyer could want or expect. So I would recommend this dealership over and over again. As for Greg, I would go back to him as long as Ciocca is lucky enough to have him. Thanks again! More

Deceitful business practices, buyer beware First of all the claim to go by Kelly Blue book on a trade, they don't, as we checked they gave us at least 3,000 less on the trade then blue book, th First of all the claim to go by Kelly Blue book on a trade, they don't, as we checked they gave us at least 3,000 less on the trade then blue book, they also listed the trade to resell it for nearly 12,000 than we sold it to them for. We traded it for 7,000, they listed it close to 19,000. Does that sound honest? They also messed around on the interest rate until we started to walk out, and gave us a different term length than we originally agreed to, they just slipped it in without transparency. They played games on the interest rate, and also on the added Warranty, Told us it was 90.000 miles, but when they cut the price, they cut that to 70,000 without telling us transparently. Asked several times to be transparent on whats going into the payment along they way, they didn't do it. I would never buy another car here. Buyer beware. More
