Above and Beyond for New Customer My wife and I bought a used Outback from Ciocca about a month ago. We were disappointed when our clutch went out on the car shortly after the purchase My wife and I bought a used Outback from Ciocca about a month ago. We were disappointed when our clutch went out on the car shortly after the purchase. We had the car towed up to the Ciocca Subaru Service Center, so it could be repaired. While the car was there, we received a loaner car at no cost to us. This made the fact that our new car was getting a complete transmission re-haul a little less painful. The really awesome part of our experience was Kevin Green, our service manager. Kevin explained the issue that the issues with the car were not necessarily covered under the warranty, but said "I cannot in good conscience make you pay for any of these clutch-related repairs since you just purchased the car from us. We will take care of you." And he did just that - the car was with them for about a week total since only a few mechanics were trusted to work on a manual transmission, but since I had the loaner car it was not a big deal. A week later we drove away from Ciocca with our repaired car and no repair bill whatsoever. I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Ciocca - they are the best. More
Another Subaru purchased from Bob Pavone We have been purchasing Subaru's from Bob Pavone since the early 80's at Becker's. Among my whole family we have owned probably 20 Subaru's. This was our first purchase from Ciocca.. ....but Bob was there for us again. Let me say that Bob treats his customers like royalty and nothing is too much for him to do. While the look and feel of Ciocca is not the family atmosphere of Becker, Bob Pavone is still putting his customers first. Thank you Bob for another terrific experience!!! More

Dan was extremely helpful, and patient when it came to me understanding the paperwork. I'm glad I had them to help me through my first car buying experience if it was anyone else, I don't think I would've had the same great outcome as I did. I chose my first Subaru because of Safety! I have a long commute and my previous car just wasn't for me anymore. After 4 years, I did not feel safe driving to work, or carting around my kids and their friends. My choice to trade in my car was not because I just wanted a new car.. I needed to feel (and be) safe. My previous 2 cars came from the Ciocca family of dealerships, and I knew I wanted to continue to do business there. I chose Ciocca Subaru even though there are closer dealerships to me. I contacted the dealership online, and had an appointment with Greg Fichter. Greg was a great sales person who made me feel comfortable as soon as we were introduced upon my arrival. I purchased a 2017 Crosstrek. I knew this was the car I wanted, but talked through all my options with Greg before moving on. We discussed my situation, finances, options and Greg provided great information and realistic expectations. The finance person, Sarah M., was also friendly, helpful and fast (it was late on a Friday night and I wanted to get home!). I was able to drive out of the lot in my new 2017 Crosstrek the same night and I couldn't be happier. Greg made the process easy and his enthusiasm and excitement for me was genuine. I'm looking forward to driving my new 2017 Crosstrek for a very long time, returning to your service department, and purchasing other Subarus down the road. Thanks to everyone at Ciocca Subaru! Warranty work I just had warranty work done on my 2014 Subaru Outback. Every staff memeber at Ciocca Subaru go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their experience. I recently purchased my third Subaru after my car was totaled in an accident with a tractor trailer. I messaged Ciocca about a car I was interested in, and I received a follow up call from the dealership asking a few more questions and to set up an appointment. I arrived at Ciocca and Greg was introduced as my salesman. He introduced himself, shook my hand, and I was "hooked": I knew he was the right one for me. He had the car I inquired about ready to view. First, we took the Forester for a test drive. As my last Forester was eight years old, he described the differences in the new car. He went over the safety features (which was my biggest concern), and made me feel confident I was making the right choice. Greg knows his stuff! He taught me how to use the electronic features of the new car in a few minutes, no easy task for someone who is digitally impaired. Greg made my whole experience lighthearted, relaxed, and without pressure. He understood that buying a car was not just an investment; safety was of utmost importance. I never feel as if "things are found wrong" during a service check (as I did with my non-Subaru cars. The hospitality of the service center staff , the waiting lounge and amenities are very good also.
