I traded in my 2015 Forester to lease a 2017 Forester. Nicole Vieira originally called me about Subaru's Upgrade Program as my 2015 Forester could be upgraded to a 2017 model. She was quite friendly and h Nicole Vieira originally called me about Subaru's Upgrade Program as my 2015 Forester could be upgraded to a 2017 model. She was quite friendly and helpful over the phone and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and clarify the whole process. She then handed me over to Nick Spiezio as I had spoken to him before about the program and finally decided to get serious about it. I also spoke with AJ Marvelli at that earlier time. AJ spoke to me about the lease program so I could consider that path also. Both AJ and Nick were very friendly and patient, making the whole process informative and pleasant. When I revisited Nick on 6/22/2017, he very patiently went over what we had talked about earlier and went into much more detail. He spent literally hours with me! Since AJ was not available at the time, he went over the leasing option with me too. I decided that I wanted to go the leasing route. He also brought in Kyle Booser to give me more I put on the leasing path as Nick said that leasing was not his area of expertise. Kyle was equally friendly and helpful. In the end, I decided to go the leasing route, so Nick looked at my 2015 Forester and worked out the numbers for leasing. Then he handed me back to Kyle Booser handled all the financial and legal paperwork (a LOT of documents!). He explained each document to me before I signed it, allowed me to read whatever I wanted before I signed it, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He stayed until after 10 pm to get everything finished so that I could drive out with the new vehicle! Moxk stayed also to help finish everything up. Plus Nick also moved most if the "junk" in my old car into my new car--no mean feat! Both Nick and Kyle went over and above the call of duty which I appreciated very much! Great people to work with!! I haven't found one person at this dealership who isn't friendly and very helpful. Great dealership!!' More

The entire staff was patient, and thorough in my understanding of options and choices. The sales and finance people especially, stressed the need to fit the car to the person..being clear that it was vital to them to be assured of the fit. Heard the words before, but in this experience I actually felt that they BELIEVED it was important. Very impressed with the very accommodating staff. You have won my endorsement. We immediatly went back to Greg where he walked us through the process of leasing a new 2017 Forester! In the past 4 years, my family has bought and leased 6 vehicles with Greg as our Sales Specialist! The gentleman I spoke to felt there was a bigger problem and felt I should make an appointment and have service check it out. When I went in for my appointment I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Green. He was concerned, caring and truely took an interest in my phone problem. They had to order a new radio for my car. I have to say it only took a few days car was fixed and problem solved. Ciocca's service reps and service departments are the best. Effective and efficient and fast. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Job well done More
Easy Transaction - Great Staff I had been considering a small SUV and having had several Subarus - the Forester was my top pick. I found a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Forester online at Ciocca, and called to schedule a test drive . Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by Sales Consultant Milton Obano. Milton was personable, and anxious to assist me in any way that he could. Everyone I interacted with was professional and very helpful including the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Sean, and Finance Manager Christian. I purchased the car and arranged to pick it up the following day. It was Miltons day off, but he came in to accomodate my schedule. This time I met with finance manager Kyle who arranged for me to purchase the warranty that I had declined the day before. All in all a great transaction! I'm enjoying the Forester (especially the GREAT gas mileage) and would have no hesitation traveling the 60 miles to once again do business with Milton and the rest of the team at Ciocca Subaru . More

Horrible delivery Gregg and Andy did a nice job taking care of me and the condition of the car was less than desirable. This was even discussed at the time of delivery where we noticed glue from what was believe to be protective covering present all over the back of the trunk. My 15-year-old son even made a comment "you are going to have to clean these windows and mirrors". Granted I received the car at night, but when we looked at the car in the morning the condition I described was extremely noticeable. Area's were noticeable to the point where we I cleaned the car myself. I will give Andy credit when he was showing me at delivery, he even pulled some of the plastic coverings off. This is not what I expected after receiving a car with 9 miles on it, paid to have extra equipment put into the vehicle and was considered to be a "loyal customer", after the number or subaru's we have purchased from the dealership.
