When I went in for my appointment I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Green. He was concerned, caring and truely took an interest in my phone problem. They had to order a new radio for my car. I have to say it only took a few days car was fixed and problem solved. Ciocca's service reps and service departments are the best. Effective and efficient and fast. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Job well done More
Easy Transaction - Great Staff I had been considering a small SUV and having had several Subarus - the Forester was my top pick. I found a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Forester online at Ciocca, and called to schedule a test drive . Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by Sales Consultant Milton Obano. Milton was personable, and anxious to assist me in any way that he could. Everyone I interacted with was professional and very helpful including the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Sean, and Finance Manager Christian. I purchased the car and arranged to pick it up the following day. It was Miltons day off, but he came in to accomodate my schedule. This time I met with finance manager Kyle who arranged for me to purchase the warranty that I had declined the day before. All in all a great transaction! I'm enjoying the Forester (especially the GREAT gas mileage) and would have no hesitation traveling the 60 miles to once again do business with Milton and the rest of the team at Ciocca Subaru . More

Horrible delivery Gregg and Andy did a nice job taking care of me and the condition of the car was less than desirable. This was even discussed at the time of delivery where we noticed glue from what was believe to be protective covering present all over the back of the trunk. My 15-year-old son even made a comment "you are going to have to clean these windows and mirrors". Granted I received the car at night, but when we looked at the car in the morning the condition I described was extremely noticeable. Area's were noticeable to the point where we I cleaned the car myself. I will give Andy credit when he was showing me at delivery, he even pulled some of the plastic coverings off. This is not what I expected after receiving a car with 9 miles on it, paid to have extra equipment put into the vehicle and was considered to be a "loyal customer", after the number or subaru's we have purchased from the dealership. Ciocca is impressive and all the employees I met were very friendly, no one was at all pushy, and John spent a good amount of time showing me the features of the Impreza I got. The whole process was enjoyable and relaxed (as relaxed as I could be while spending lots of dollars!) More

I initially spoke to one of the internet sales reps, who transferred me over to Nick Mann, who took care of me the rest of the way. Nick was the perfect car salesman - he wasn't pushy at all and was genuinely caring about getting us the most information possible to help make our decision. He, along with his Used Car Manager, Jeff Nelson, gave us a great experience worth talking about to others. Despite not being from Pennsylvania, I'll gladly forward all friends and family to Ciocca Subaru to meet with Nick and Jeff for their future car purchases. More

If you're looking for a Subaru and you don't walk out with one from here you've got to be extremely picky! They had a lot of people working quickly and efficiently helping everyone as they came in. I got this guy Donnie Dishman. He was super friendly, helpful and informative. He kept making sure I was good. I.e. Offering me beverages and food/making sure I know I was being taken care of. The car I went there for was still there, but I got there at the right time! Multiple other people had shown up after I had gotten there for the same car I was in the process of getting. I was stuggling getting a loan to get the car, but they took their time with me gave me the time to gather what I needed via internet and phone calls and work really hard to make sure I got the car I wanted. Not once did it seem due to me not having a certain thing that they were going to go sell it to someone else. In also saying that never did they make me feel pressured to buy the car either. Kyle Booser was the guy behind the scenes. I appreciate all his hard work in helping me get approved and helping me leave with the car. He did try to sell me on some extra stuff that wasn't necessary, but I feel like that's his job so no fault to him on that end. Overall great place to get a Subaru if you're looking for one! 10/10 would shop again (but not for a little while because ya know just got the new car and all lolz) More

Exceptional Service! We brought in our 2016 Legacy for inspection and oil change. From the time we came into the Service Desk area until we left, everyone was exceptional We brought in our 2016 Legacy for inspection and oil change. From the time we came into the Service Desk area until we left, everyone was exceptionally courteous, helpful and considerate. We were provided with a loaner which gave us time to do some errands and when we returned to pick up our car we were offered nice cold bottles of water. The car was given the free birthday detail and it looked great! We have bought and leased many new cars over the past 47 years (about every 3-5 years) and have never experienced this with any other dealership. We tell our friends and family the sales and service that have been provided and they are amazed. Keep up the good work!! More
