Best I ever felt spending 30k. I went to Ciocca randomly one day to look at the Foresters. I could not have been happier with my experience. The guys there took such great care of me and my son. We picked out (had to order) the best and safest car on the road for my family, and I had an absolute blast talking with Nick and Jake. They explained everything well, were sincere, and were overall the complete package one would need to make such a huge decision. I cannot explain in words how helpful these two were. I hope my Forester lasts me 15+ years, but whenever that fateful day comes, I know where I'll be going back.... I've been working in customer service for 13 years, and I call it when I see it. Best car buying experience ever! My husband has had a Subaru for years and we decided to look on the internet for one for me. Ciocca responded to our search and invited us to come to the dealership. We met with Bob Pavone on a busy Saturday morning (just to look) at our options. We felt so at ease with Bob - he was like dealing with a good friend or family member! There was NO pressure to buy whatsoever. We looked at several cars, drove two of them and decided then and there that we wanted a Forrester. Along with feeling completely at ease with Bob, we were treated to lunch!! The folks at Ciocca could not be more welcoming. We would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying/leasing a car. We were made to feel like VIPs by Bob, the Finance gentleman, Todd, as well as the friendly and knowledgeable young man (John) who showed us how to use the functions of the automobile. AMAZING!! I literally tried this dealership off a whim. I don't live close by any means, but I am so so glad I decided to take my business to this dealership! I am not perfect in my credit history, it is harder for me than most to get a car ( at least I thought)! I was able to get a car by myself, but a nice one at that! I bought a 2014 Honda Civic and love it so much!!! The respect I got from everyone was impeccable and how friendly the staff was is truly remarkable! I will defiantly return for that reason! This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! From the beginning with talking to Jeff, then to Nick who helped me get into the car I really wanted and the finance guy I wish I remembered his name, but he also was great! More

Our Salesman Nev, was out to greet us almost immediately and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all models. After test driving both the Forester and Legacy, we ended up picking the Legacy. Nev's was great and went out of his way to find the color combination that My wife was looking for. Ray, Nev and Mohammad all worked with us to make the car fit out budget. Lastly, after the car was detailed and the tank was topped off, Chris Diefenderfer meet us at the car and fully reviewed all of the features. Great Team work guys. Keep it up. I'll definitely recommend Ciocca to all my friends. More
