He was not at all pushy & even pulled up a used Mazda suv for me to test drive since that was one of the car brands/models I was interested in. Everyone else I dealt with were also great, including Alex who helped me hook up my cell phone once I decided on the Crosstrek. I also liked that they set up an appointment for me to come back & meet with Alex their tech expert to go over more features & answer any questions that come up in the first few weeks of driving my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealer & Scott Fisher. More

I've had a very frustrating experience this week trying help my daughter lease a new Crosstrek. At the dealership on 1/23/21, the sales manager played the old "hide the key to the trade," "leave the customer ignored at the salesman's desk for a half hour," and "let's make a ridiculously low trade offer" games. Followups via email over the course of the week weren't any better. I had an excellent experience in 2019 when I leased my Forester, but this week reinforced all the old slimy car dealer stereotypes More
