I also really appreciated that he took the time to show me how the gadgets in the new car worked even though it was already past 9pm. The only down side was that it did take so long to get out of there. We sat around for a long time before we were brought in to do the financing part of the transaction with Troy Nelson. Once we were in however, Troy was very good at showing all of the options and add-ons in detail and not pressuring me to take more than I really wanted to. More
