I worked with a terrific Internet representative, negotiated the price and scheduled a day to pick up the car. Everything that could be done ahead of time was done and our time at the dealership to pick up the car was the fastest and smoothest I have ever experienced. No surprises! Not only did I get a good deal, they went above and beyond to make it quick, understandable and seamless. Finally, a dealership that gets it. They also offer great support for your vehicle after the initial purchase. I drove from Lancaster PA to Allentown, and I'm glad I did-it was well worth the trip! And, because of the great maintenance package, I'll be taking my car there for routine service. Also, my salesperson, Chad Bachelor was great. He listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and worked with me to get what I wanted price-wise. He was knowledgable, experienced and personable.
