He was very knowledgeable and made us feel as though the only thing he had to do that day was to spend time with us (and I’m talking hours). In my quest for a Subaru I discovered that there was a dealership within walking distance from my place of business and I stopped in because I had only seen the color I was interested in on the showroom floor and wanted to see it in daylight and this was a convenient way to accomplish this.. The showroom was probably the size of a restroom at Ciocca and I had walked the entire length of their office which was devoid of any clients before anyone noticed I was there. As I found out last night, there's a very good reason people buy from this dealership. After talking to Nicole on the phone (who was pleasant, helpful, eager to help), I met with Mariley Rivera. Mariley had sold my sister a Subaru Outback, a process I helped negotiate, and I was sincerely impressed with her people skills and simply positive, caring attitude. We ended up buying that car that day and walked away feeling great. But that was used car purchase. Would the experience be the same for a new car ? Would Mariley be willing to sell me the car I wanted at a reasonable and fair price? The end result, was yes, absolutely! Mariely went out of her way to treat us like FAMILY. Zero pressure sales, just a positive attitude, a huge smile, and a "what I can do to make this deal happen" attitude. In the end, the negotiation process was painless, the deal was amazing, and the entire experience was incredible. And best yet- I walk away with a brand (Subaru) that, according to my research with Consumer Reports, has more happy and satisfied customers then Mercedes and BMW. A Truely different car buying experience I had been looking at the Subaru WRX for about a year, and started my search at Faulker Subaru due to proximity to my house. Faulkner wouldn't let me I had been looking at the Subaru WRX for about a year, and started my search at Faulker Subaru due to proximity to my house. Faulkner wouldn't let me test drive the WRX until I had agreed upon terms - which is the most xxx backwards approach I have ever heard of. All xx excuses, "they are limited in number" "people don't like to buy these cars with miles on them" blah blah blah - it's a 30k car, not a Ferrari!. I'm not an 18 year old kid looking to joyride cars on the weekend, I walked into Faulker as a 30 something married homeowner. After that bunch of malarkey, I kind of put the WRX on the backburner for a while. A year later, I called Ciocca, and had 0 problems setting up a test drive for the WRX for my wife and I. On a Friday night, Ben Walsh greeted us at the door, got to know my wife and I a bit, and then took us on a great test drive with the '16 WRX. Needless to say, I returned on Saturday morning to buy my brand new '16 Premium WRX in WRB (which I f'in LOVE by the way) There was NO high pressure sales xx, just a flat out good car buying experience - Ben was phenomenal! As long as my WRX treats me good, my next Subaru will be purchased at Ciocca - hands down. More
