I felt that other dealerships I visited were constantly calling and pressuring me into returning and test driving more vehicles. Or these other dealerships would only focus on how much you were spending. Mike gave me space, allowed me to call him back at my convenience, and was ready for me when I felt ready to buy. He never once focused on how much I wanted to spend, just took care of finding the right car to fit my needs. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend ciocca and mike to anyone. More

The process was fast & Steve was extremely professional & moved the process along without a xxxx up. In 2 hrs I was finalizing the deal. I was one very happy customer that day. I also really appreciated that he took the time to show me how the gadgets in the new car worked even though it was already past 9pm. The only down side was that it did take so long to get out of there. We sat around for a long time before we were brought in to do the financing part of the transaction with Troy Nelson. Once we were in however, Troy was very good at showing all of the options and add-ons in detail and not pressuring me to take more than I really wanted to. More
Wonderful experience From the moment we walked into Ciocca Subaru, we felt important. Once we were introduced to Christian Rivera, that feeling was enhanced significantly. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel as though the only thing he had to do that day was to spend time with us (and I’m talking hours). In my quest for a Subaru I discovered that there was a dealership within walking distance from my place of business and I stopped in because I had only seen the color I was interested in on the showroom floor and wanted to see it in daylight and this was a convenient way to accomplish this.. The showroom was probably the size of a restroom at Ciocca and I had walked the entire length of their office which was devoid of any clients before anyone noticed I was there. My loyalty was always to Christian Rivera and Ciocca but that sealed the deal. Two thumbs up to our sales team consisting of Christian Rivera, Ray Alvarado and Mohammad Masud. More

As I found out last night, there's a very good reason people buy from this dealership. After talking to Nicole on the phone (who was pleasant, helpful, eager to help), I met with Mariley Rivera. Mariley had sold my sister a Subaru Outback, a process I helped negotiate, and I was sincerely impressed with her people skills and simply positive, caring attitude. We ended up buying that car that day and walked away feeling great. But that was used car purchase. Would the experience be the same for a new car ? Would Mariley be willing to sell me the car I wanted at a reasonable and fair price? The end result, was yes, absolutely! Mariely went out of her way to treat us like FAMILY. Zero pressure sales, just a positive attitude, a huge smile, and a "what I can do to make this deal happen" attitude. In the end, the negotiation process was painless, the deal was amazing, and the entire experience was incredible. And best yet- I walk away with a brand (Subaru) that, according to my research with Consumer Reports, has more happy and satisfied customers then Mercedes and BMW. Once again, Mariely and Ciocca prove that, simply put, they want to put you in a great car for a FAIR price.
