Ciocca Subaru of Allentown

A Truely different car buying experience I had been looking at the Subaru WRX for about a year, and started my search at Faulker Subaru due to proximity to my house. Faulkner wouldn't let me I had been looking at the Subaru WRX for about a year, and started my search at Faulker Subaru due to proximity to my house. Faulkner wouldn't let me test drive the WRX until I had agreed upon terms - which is the most xxx backwards approach I have ever heard of. All xx excuses, "they are limited in number" "people don't like to buy these cars with miles on them" blah blah blah - it's a 30k car, not a Ferrari!. I'm not an 18 year old kid looking to joyride cars on the weekend, I walked into Faulker as a 30 something married homeowner. After that bunch of malarkey, I kind of put the WRX on the backburner for a while. A year later, I called Ciocca, and had 0 problems setting up a test drive for the WRX for my wife and I. On a Friday night, Ben Walsh greeted us at the door, got to know my wife and I a bit, and then took us on a great test drive with the '16 WRX. Needless to say, I returned on Saturday morning to buy my brand new '16 Premium WRX in WRB (which I f'in LOVE by the way) There was NO high pressure sales xx, just a flat out good car buying experience - Ben was phenomenal! As long as my WRX treats me good, my next Subaru will be purchased at Ciocca - hands down. More

Purchase Subaru Impreza Excellent experience at Ciocca Subaru. Started at another Subaru Dealer, they did not have the car I needed. Found Impreza on Ciocca website, found it Excellent experience at Ciocca Subaru. Started at another Subaru Dealer, they did not have the car I needed. Found Impreza on Ciocca website, found it was in transit, and put a hold on it. I was relieved when Ciocca informed me they would refund my hold deposit immediately if I the car did not work (unlike the other dealer. Ciocca also prepared ahead of time with pre application and had everything ready so the process would go smoothly in our limited time to finally purchase. Ciocca has a large inventory, they followed through with promises made before the sale, and the sales process was smooth and uneventful. I do have one issue with our Salesman- Nick Spezio, he really needs to work on his humor! More
