Purchase Subaru Impreza Excellent experience at Ciocca Subaru. Started at another Subaru Dealer, they did not have the car I needed. Found Impreza on Ciocca website, found it Excellent experience at Ciocca Subaru. Started at another Subaru Dealer, they did not have the car I needed. Found Impreza on Ciocca website, found it was in transit, and put a hold on it. I was relieved when Ciocca informed me they would refund my hold deposit immediately if I the car did not work (unlike the other dealer. Ciocca also prepared ahead of time with pre application and had everything ready so the process would go smoothly in our limited time to finally purchase. Ciocca has a large inventory, they followed through with promises made before the sale, and the sales process was smooth and uneventful. I do have one issue with our Salesman- Nick Spezio, he really needs to work on his humor! More

Buy brand new car I found that Dennis Roberti was most helpful! Subaru Forester Sayed was so down right rude to my family and I when we were there to purchase a new forester. He spoke to us in a down right rude manner when he real Sayed was so down right rude to my family and I when we were there to purchase a new forester. He spoke to us in a down right rude manner when he really had no idea what was going on. He trotted right over and interrupted the gentleman we were dealing with. His tone of voice was very disrespectful to the point that no one deserved to get talked to like that!!!! Because of his actions we will never be coming back to purchase anything from Ciocca Subaru. I just hope that he doesn't treat everyone like that because no one deserves it!!!!! More
