Krista while I appreciate your concern now after I put a negative review on your site but it does not change the fact that over the 7-10 day period while we were purchasing the car and asking for someone to give a reason why we being treated the way we were your company did nothing. So your apology seems to be one that is not sincere just as your customer service pledge does not seem to be either. Everyone was pleasant until we asked questions and challenged your staff. When I was sent emails asking what are experience was like and we responded that we were being treated with less than excellent customer service we heard nothing back and even while in the showroom purchasing the car your owner knew we were unhappy and just wanted an explanation as to why they would not meet a competitors price as stated on your own communication to us nor allowing us to use a coupons (all in all a savings to us of $700) Still no one would talk to us. So in the end we learned from your dealership that although you talk a lot about customer service and satisfaction that is not really what you are all about.. You are about the sale while you are smiling at the consumer treating them like they are stupid. If you look at my list of people who we had contact with (there were many) Nick Mann is the only one who was decent to us and answered our questions as best as he could. There were 6 other people as well as the person from Subaru but I guess didn't want to address my concern. I'm not sure what contacting me now after the fact will do other than satisfy you that you addressed our concern although I see no solution and I'm sure we aren't an isolated incident either. We just know to be cautious with service now with our car or go to another subaru service center. We just feel we can't recommend you to family and friends. You aren't trustworthy. I'm not even sure this isn't another one of your automated emails that aren't sincere. My review is to give food for thought to other consumers. Beware.. your company will smile while getting what they want for a sale from the consumer.Not really caring what you want. So address my concern you did, now what will you do about it to keep me as a customer?
