Greg Fichter was my salesman and Jeremy Sabol helped me with financing and both did an amazing job. Greg showed each and every detail and perk of buying my first Outback. He gave me his undivided attention and never made me feel silly when I asked some of the questions only a girl who doesn't know cars would ask. Answering each question twice if I was still not sure. Two test drives and helping me set up my phone to link to the car, and I was in agreement with the statement he made the first day we visited Ciocca when he said that "they pretty much sell themselves". Very impressed with his knowledge and expertise with the cars and treating me like a friend as well as a customer since I have known Greg for a pretty long time. Jeremy in finance was very down to earth as well. Never pressuring my husband and I to sway with the highest amount of coverage although we went with the best anyway, because we intend to drive this until it cannot drive anymore anyway. He was knowledgeable and sat and discussed options and the way the financing would go and gave us options for payments. Wonderful professionals all around. Each and every person I met had a smile on their face and greeted me with a handshake, held the door, fetched a water, showed me around, and gave me world class service. Morgan helped me with the technology in my car and assisted me the next day over the phone when I had questions with my Pandora. Great girl! Ciocca makes it happen I wanted a white Crosstrek with black leather interior but without all the bells and whistles like Eyesight and Navigation package. I test drove a Cro I wanted a white Crosstrek with black leather interior but without all the bells and whistles like Eyesight and Navigation package. I test drove a Crosstrek at another dealership, which let me walk away unsatisfied after suggesting I purchase a different color. I went to Ciocca, where they also had nothing to match what I wanted, but our stellar salesman, Jimmy Ofori, said they could have leather seats installed into the model that came with cloth seats--and there were two in transit to the dealership. In a subsequent visit, I saw a cool pin-striping job on another car and asked Christian Rivera if I could have that on my Crosstrek, and turns out that they also have a guy who could do that right at the dealership. My Crosstrek was due in July 31, it came in July 24, and I picked it up completed July 31. The leather interior looks awesome and so does my custom-painted pin-striping. Wow. More

Pleasantly Surprised . . . .no, Astounded!` My wife and I pretty much hate car dealerships. Over the past 30 years we have avoided them like the plague, buying used vehicles from the owners, and working to keep them on the road. Finally, it seemed time to get either a certified used or a new vehicle. We checked into what we wanted and what was highest rated, and ended up at Ciocca Subaru to check out the Forester. Nev saw us looking through the cars in the lot, made sure to say hi, offered some cold bottled water (it was hot!), and gave us his card. After we decided to go with a 2015 Forester, we steeled ourselves for the ordeal - high pressure tactics and fast talking. We went in, and because of his friendly greeting, we went to see Nev. He was friendly, relaxed (and made us so), and very up front and honest. He truly listened to what we were looking for and why, gave us some 3rd party information on the Forester and the CR-V (another option we had considered), and then let us take a test drive. The car sold itself, and Nev was just a competent and caring facilitator for the whole experience. Because what we wanted wasn't on the lot, and we needed the vehicle soon, he found one in NJ and worked a dealer trade to get it for us in 3 days. We could not have been happier with the entire process, or with Nev. Anyone asking me about a car dealership they can trust will get steered straignt to Nev and Ciocca Subaru. More
