The staff made sure to work with us and help educate us on the best vehicle for our family of 5. The staff were both thoughtful and gracious from the bottle waters for the kids to providing them coloring book to occupy themselves. I know most people say that buying a new car is stressful , my husband and I did not find it to be. I would recommend them highly and look forward to a lifelong relationship with them. More

When we first came on the lot and was looking at cars a very nice gentleman by the name of Jake Marcus asked us if he could help us look around and fi When we first came on the lot and was looking at cars a very nice gentleman by the name of Jake Marcus asked us if he could help us look around and find a vehicle that was right for us. He started taking notes about what we wanted in a car and started showing us the inventory. He was called away by a returning customer and he introduced us to Mr. Dean Moyer who showed us around further and we all went for a test drive when we found the vehicle that we thought was right for us. Back at the showroom we started the negotiation process and it was better than I ever dreamed it could be. Dean listened to what we had to say and what we were willing to pay and what we were willing to trade our current car in for. At other dealerships I felt like I came away with battle wounds and an oath that I would never go back there again and obviously without a new car. Jake, Dean and the rest of the employees were courteous and professional. I would recommend Ciocca Subaru on Hamilton Blvd in Allentown Pa. to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and kindness. The experience was well worth my time and new car that we now enjoy. Excellent Service About 9 years ago I had purchased my first vehicle and had a terrible experience with a different company. The people were rude and abrasive and seemed annoyed to be doing their job. This time, so much different. The entire staff that I worked with was friendly. From the Internet Sales guy, Tom C. who answered all my questions and referred me to a wonderful in house sales representative, Andy E. I couldn't have asked for better people to go through purchasing my first new vehicle. (My first vehicle was used.) Not only did they make the entire process easy and worry free. The fact that they both were so knowledgeable about the products and services Subaru provides it was such a relief. They both worked hard to make sure that they were able to obtain the exact car I wanted and best of all for the right price. I put in a request for one not available on their lot and they called me the very next day with the wonderful news that they found my car and that it would be there the following day. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and courtesy that was represented by the entire team there. I will most certainly be coming back again for my next vehicle and gladly sending people their way. I'm very happy to report that not only does Subaru make excellent products but they certainly picked the perfect team members to connect those products with the right people. Lastly, but certainly not least, the finance person I dealt with, Mike V. not only provided a clear breakdown of exactly what my payment options were, but thoroughly explained additional options for making sure my vehicle would be taken care of well past the initial warranty. From the moment I first spoke with Tom C. on the internet, til the moment I was greeted at the door by Andy E. to the effortless transition over into the finance department I had the most wonderful experience, I almost did mind that I signed my life away for four years.
