My story sounds like most people , working married couple, no credit card but debt due to medical and student loans. A barely working older car and high payments on it. The staff made sure to work with us and help educate us on the best vehicle for our family of 5. The staff were both thoughtful and gracious from the bottle waters for the kids to providing them coloring book to occupy themselves. I know most people say that buying a new car is stressful , my husband and I did not find it to be. I would recommend them highly and look forward to a lifelong relationship with them. More

When we first came on the lot and was looking at cars a very nice gentleman by the name of Jake Marcus asked us if he could help us look around and fi When we first came on the lot and was looking at cars a very nice gentleman by the name of Jake Marcus asked us if he could help us look around and find a vehicle that was right for us. He started taking notes about what we wanted in a car and started showing us the inventory. He was called away by a returning customer and he introduced us to Mr. Dean Moyer who showed us around further and we all went for a test drive when we found the vehicle that we thought was right for us. Back at the showroom we started the negotiation process and it was better than I ever dreamed it could be. Dean listened to what we had to say and what we were willing to pay and what we were willing to trade our current car in for. At other dealerships I felt like I came away with battle wounds and an oath that I would never go back there again and obviously without a new car. Jake, Dean and the rest of the employees were courteous and professional. I would recommend Ciocca Subaru on Hamilton Blvd in Allentown Pa. to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and kindness. The experience was well worth my time and new car that we now enjoy.
