Great cars, poor time management on business end We are loyal Subaru owners through and through. There was no question when we entered the showroom this weekend that we wanted to get a Forester. This We are loyal Subaru owners through and through. There was no question when we entered the showroom this weekend that we wanted to get a Forester. This makes our fourth Subaru; the previous three were purchased from this same dealership when it was known as Becker Subaru. Our salesperson was friendly and low-key (probably since she sensed the deal was already done when we walked in the door). During the test drive, the car literally sold itself. Cannot rave enough about the redesigned 2015 Forester. However, once we committed to purchasing the car, the experience went downhill from there. We had to wait around for one hour before we could sit down with the business guy to hand over our deposit check (we were returning the next day with the full payment). We tried several times to leave and say we would return the next morning to finish up the paperwork, but were met with "It will only be a couple more minutes." Yes, and those minutes eventually added up to a total of 60. When we finally sat down with the business guy to walk through the paperwork, that took another 30 minutes. (At that point, while we were being pitched the extra service packages and warranties, we had completely tuned out and were in no mood to purchase anything else.) When we finally dragged ourselves out the door, all our euphoria about buying another outstanding Subaru was completely gone. Everyone we met was apologetic, yet that doesn't overcome the fact that we were held up for an unreasonable amount of time. More

When we came to Ciocca Subaru we were praying for a better experience then we had at other dealerships. We couldn't handle one more rude or pushy salesman! As we were looking around at the different cars we saw a salesman walking our way and we both thought, oh no, here goes! It was a very young man named Dylan that introduced himself and we were very pleased with his attitude. After talking for awhile Dylan brought a car out that he thought we would love, but there was another on the lot that I already had my heart set on. Dylan jumped through hoops to see that we drove away in the car we wanted. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the dealership that day waiting for the financing to go through so we had a lot of time to get to know Dylan. What an awesome person. His passion for the job and the dealership made us feel at ease buying a car there, and his drive to move forward in his career and life in general made us even happier we were buying the car from him. He made us want to help him. He is such a great guy working hard to be the best he can as a car salesman, a son, a fiance, a grandson and a human being, you can't help but want to help him reach his goals. Any car we decide to purchase in the future will be from Ciocca and hopefully Dylan is there for awhile so we can continue to buy from him. We are recommending to everyone to go there and ask for Dylan. I promise they will not only end up with a great car, but also a great buying experience. More

The Ciocca staff showed us our new car and set up the Bluetooth and morgan and Kevin programmed our Bluetooth and gave us a comprehensive tour of how all the electronics worked. More

Friendly welcome, great environment and experienced people that without me even asking had all the answers and gave me a thorough tour of the car that I was planning to buy. I'm 1 hour away from them and I wouldn't hesitate to go again if I have to. The selling experience was absolutely outstanding, knowing how painful can be to buy a car, they made it easy, friendly, not aggressive and really addressing my needs. This guys really got it when it comes to making you feel comfortable and relaxed when buying a car. Also, the post sale service has been great. Absolutely my best car buying experience. More

Hence the reasons for my review being months overdue :-) That said, let's talk about Greg. First, just take a look at the Ciocca Subaru staff website. Notice anything? Greg has substantially more reviews than anyone else. Let's be honest now. Most people don't want to bother to take the time to fill out a review even when the service was good. So if that many people did take the time, that right there should be a clear indication of what Greg brings to the table. Greg first of all takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for, not just in a car, but in the overall car buying experience. How will the car suit your lifestyle? What price ranges do you have? What are your "absolute must haves" as well as what isn't that important to you. All of this helps Greg narrow down what vehicle(s) would best suit your needs. Another great point, Greg doesn't care how many questions you ask or how often you ask the same question over and over and over again. Because if you're are not comfortable in understanding everything, you're not going to be comfortable buying anything. So no pressure. Take your time. But choose Greg for an enjoyable experience :-) Note: the reason for the 4 stars on Customer Service and Price are for the Finance end of the buying experience. I know the object is to sell you as much as they can for add-ons and insurance, but the experience can sometimes be a little overbearing and pressuring in their tactics. More
