Excellent Service About 9 years ago I had purchased my first vehicle and had a terrible experience with a different company. The people were rude and abrasive and seeme About 9 years ago I had purchased my first vehicle and had a terrible experience with a different company. The people were rude and abrasive and seemed annoyed to be doing their job. This time, so much different. The entire staff that I worked with was friendly. From the Internet Sales guy, Tom C. who answered all my questions and referred me to a wonderful in house sales representative, Andy E. I couldn't have asked for better people to go through purchasing my first new vehicle. (My first vehicle was used.) Not only did they make the entire process easy and worry free. The fact that they both were so knowledgeable about the products and services Subaru provides it was such a relief. They both worked hard to make sure that they were able to obtain the exact car I wanted and best of all for the right price. I put in a request for one not available on their lot and they called me the very next day with the wonderful news that they found my car and that it would be there the following day. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and courtesy that was represented by the entire team there. I will most certainly be coming back again for my next vehicle and gladly sending people their way. I'm very happy to report that not only does Subaru make excellent products but they certainly picked the perfect team members to connect those products with the right people. Lastly, but certainly not least, the finance person I dealt with, Mike V. not only provided a clear breakdown of exactly what my payment options were, but thoroughly explained additional options for making sure my vehicle would be taken care of well past the initial warranty. From the moment I first spoke with Tom C. on the internet, til the moment I was greeted at the door by Andy E. to the effortless transition over into the finance department I had the most wonderful experience, I almost did mind that I signed my life away for four years. When we came to Ciocca Subaru we were praying for a better experience then we had at other dealerships. We couldn't handle one more rude or pushy salesman! As we were looking around at the different cars we saw a salesman walking our way and we both thought, oh no, here goes! It was a very young man named Dylan that introduced himself and we were very pleased with his attitude. After talking for awhile Dylan brought a car out that he thought we would love, but there was another on the lot that I already had my heart set on. Dylan jumped through hoops to see that we drove away in the car we wanted. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the dealership that day waiting for the financing to go through so we had a lot of time to get to know Dylan. What an awesome person. His passion for the job and the dealership made us feel at ease buying a car there, and his drive to move forward in his career and life in general made us even happier we were buying the car from him. He made us want to help him. He is such a great guy working hard to be the best he can as a car salesman, a son, a fiance, a grandson and a human being, you can't help but want to help him reach his goals. Any car we decide to purchase in the future will be from Ciocca and hopefully Dylan is there for awhile so we can continue to buy from him. We are recommending to everyone to go there and ask for Dylan. I promise they will not only end up with a great car, but also a great buying experience. More
Great cars, poor time management on business end We are loyal Subaru owners through and through. There was no question when we entered the showroom this weekend that we wanted to get a Forester. This We are loyal Subaru owners through and through. There was no question when we entered the showroom this weekend that we wanted to get a Forester. This makes our fourth Subaru; the previous three were purchased from this same dealership when it was known as Becker Subaru. Our salesperson was friendly and low-key (probably since she sensed the deal was already done when we walked in the door). During the test drive, the car literally sold itself. Cannot rave enough about the redesigned 2015 Forester. However, once we committed to purchasing the car, the experience went downhill from there. We had to wait around for one hour before we could sit down with the business guy to hand over our deposit check (we were returning the next day with the full payment). We tried several times to leave and say we would return the next morning to finish up the paperwork, but were met with "It will only be a couple more minutes." Yes, and those minutes eventually added up to a total of 60. When we finally sat down with the business guy to walk through the paperwork, that took another 30 minutes. (At that point, while we were being pitched the extra service packages and warranties, we had completely tuned out and were in no mood to purchase anything else.) When we finally dragged ourselves out the door, all our euphoria about buying another outstanding Subaru was completely gone. Everyone we met was apologetic, yet that doesn't overcome the fact that we were held up for an unreasonable amount of time. More

The Ciocca staff showed us our new car and set up the Bluetooth and morgan and Kevin programmed our Bluetooth and gave us a comprehensive tour of how all the electronics worked. More
