Evcellent Service We knew we were going to buy a Subaru Outback.. My wife has a corporate VIP discount from her employer. At no time did anyone at the dealership treat We knew we were going to buy a Subaru Outback.. My wife has a corporate VIP discount from her employer. At no time did anyone at the dealership treat me as any one but a prospective customer, explaining every aspect of the Outback, its qualities and accessories (& costs). The car I wanted was in transit, but we test drove the same model in a different color. This was on a Monday. The car arrived late Tuesday. The accessories I wanted were installed on Wednesday. I picked it up on Saturday. I spent a 1/2 hour with the financial "guy", Mohammed, who explained all the warranty options available & their cost. I was introduced to Sara Diefenderfer by our salesman, Nick Mann. Sara drove the car from the front door of the sales office to a safe place for me to take over. they answered all my questions & suggested I call if I had any further questions (I did.). Both Sara & Nick have followed up to see if I had any problems .I have only some technical questions which Sara answered. They are truly a first class dealership. More

I know they could have been with other customers but I felt like I was the only one there. They even spent time with me going over all the features of the vehicle and said I could return if needed for more help. When talking about financing and warranties everything was throughly explained so I did not feel overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Best experience I've had at a car dealer I hate going to the dealerships but I needed to help my mother in law buy a new car. She wanted a white impreza. My husband went to 4 dealers here in nj and nobody had a white one. Each stated it would take 2 weeks. She needed a car quickly though and I remembered Ciocca being the largest and having a huge inventory. They had a few white ones with different options. Eileen was our sales woman and she was great. Very friendly and personable. Todd did the finance and really went above and beyond to help because my mother in law is self employeed and didn't have the best credit. In the end I never felt pressured but of course we knew what we were buying and knew the correct price point from kbb. The only thing I felt slightly pressured on was buying extended warranties but I suppose that's their job as well. Besides that it's a great dealership and I would recommend going there for a new subaru even if it is a little bit out the the way. It's worth it. More
