Evcellent Service We knew we were going to buy a Subaru Outback.. My wife has a corporate VIP discount from her employer. At no time did anyone at the dealership treat me as any one but a prospective customer, explaining every aspect of the Outback, its qualities and accessories (& costs). The car I wanted was in transit, but we test drove the same model in a different color. This was on a Monday. The car arrived late Tuesday. The accessories I wanted were installed on Wednesday. I picked it up on Saturday. I spent a 1/2 hour with the financial "guy", Mohammed, who explained all the warranty options available & their cost. I was introduced to Sara Diefenderfer by our salesman, Nick Mann. Sara drove the car from the front door of the sales office to a safe place for me to take over. they answered all my questions & suggested I call if I had any further questions (I did.). Both Sara & Nick have followed up to see if I had any problems .I have only some technical questions which Sara answered. They are truly a first class dealership. More
