I had my guaranteed price before I left my house and when we got to the dealership they had the car pulled up front and ready to go for a test drive. Sales and financing folks were very helpful, but it did take about 4 hours to get financing and paper work done. Not sure what time frame is typical? They were honest and honored the incentives they advertise. They have an incredibly diverse amount of inventory. It's worth the drive if you're not local to Allentown- we weren't. I am incredibly happy with the new Subaru we purchased and the folks a Ciocca made our experience easy. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Wonderful Experience, Great Car, Great Price I had bought a used car from Mike Mohr about 5 years ago when the dealership was under another ownership. When we were looking for a brand new car (M I had bought a used car from Mike Mohr about 5 years ago when the dealership was under another ownership. When we were looking for a brand new car (My first EVER!) I sought Mike out, hoping he was still at that location. I called him on a Saturday and set an appointment for Monday evening. I arrived later than expected due to work and traffic issues, but they met with us anyway, with only 30 minutes before closing time! We had selected a 2015 Impreza sport in beautiful the most beautiful blue! Mike made this FUN, no pressure and help us go over ever feature of our new car. We were going to lease, however when that was not an option, Chris helped us get into a great purchase option with a great low price and rate. Sayed finished with us in financing and at 9 PM we were headed home with our new car! We couldn't be happier with Ciocca. The service was exceptional, offering to get me some local take-out since I came right from work. Got and served me a cup of coffee! Each person we met with, Mike, Chris and Sayed were gentlemen, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I would do business with this Ciocca team again in a heartbeat. Love my new 2015 Impreza Sport!
