Decent Folks; Clean Deal Let me start by saying that I am not an easy guy to please. It is not too often that we come across car dealerships that we rave about. It is also not too often that we can say that “my last car buying experience was pleasant”. I drove to Ciocca Subaru which is at least 85 miles from my place in New Jersey. I drove past many other Subaru dealerships – some of whom are only about a few miles away. The reason is plain and simple. Ciocca offered what I wanted that others have not. Best price and no non-sense transparency in the whole process. After going back and forth with a few dealerships in the area and meeting less than honest people, I ended up with Ciocca Subaru – thanks to Google. Landed on their website and started chatting online with a gentleman by name Jeff Lobalbo. I already test drove the vehicle here in NJ and knew precisely what I wanted with what bells and whistles. So, the only things that were left to discuss were a) new vehicle price b) trade-in price. Jeff was great in coordinating with me and his Sales Manager Eric Dedig. After few emails with Jeff, as promised, he shared with me via email the dealer screens which show the precise breakdown numbers. I was satisfied but had a few lingering questions. He promptly put me on phone with Eric. I believe that Eric is the Gold standard for what every Sales Manager should aim to be. Eric is extremely decent, never loses his smile, and always composed in his conversation with you. Totally not one of those "in your face Managers" trying to intimidate you. He clarified my questions and I landed at the dealership couple of hours later. At this point, Eric introduced me to Mariely Rivera, a sales person that genuinely is a good person and cares for customers. She made sure I test drove the car, took time to explain every little detail about the vehicle, and checked on me a few times to ensure that I was comfortable. I wanted a remote starter installed and the time was 6PM but she coordinated with parts and service and got that taken care. I liked working with her. Only thing left was to discuss the trade-in. I believe that Eric finally offered me the price that was palatable to me on the trade-in. Eric and I shook the hands and he directed me to Finance. Finance Manager Mike Van Note is a young gentlemen who you would not think is a Finance Manager if I did not tell you. Why? Unlike most FM’s, Mike is a cool guy. He is non-pushy, non-intimidating, and takes his time to explain everything on paper and if he does not have an answer, he will get the answer for you. At 9:30PM and on a cold evening, I was done with Finance at this point and to my surprise, Mariely already transferred my stuff in the other car to the new vehicle. How sweet. Many thanks Mariely. She went over all the details about the car one more time and that’s it – I drove back in my new car. I have not come across many car dealerships that genuinely care for customers, not out there waiting for a bait and switch moment. In my experience, every one of the folks I mentioned above is thoroughly decent and pleasant to work with and sincerely made an effort to ensure that the customer is satisfied and happy at the dealership. I highly recommend Ciocca Subaru to anyone looking to buy a Subaru for a “you cannot beat that price” moment, non-intimidating environment, no surprises in the Finance room, and lastly but most importantly, an overall pleasant car buying experience that does not have to be nerve-wrecking. This place is the epitome of customer service. Ciocca is the best Subaru dealer in PA and NJ combined in my humble opinion!!! More

Wasn't ready to buy.....but Ciocca made it easy.. They made everything easy, worked with us and the insurance to purchase a new vehicle. Our insurance told us to go thru True Value to find a dealer when we went to Ciocca and met MOHAMMAD he sat down with us and understood our dilemma, he contacted his manager and they went over all the true value options and the price of the vehicle...then said we can order the vehicle with just a statement from the insurance company telling what the value of our totaled car would be, then when we receive the check bring it in and the money will be our deposit. No pressure just TRUTH, FACTS and HONESTY...everything I needed at this time. My wife ordered the Outback she wanted and was so happy when it arrived...total pleasurable experience and will tell all of our friends to check them out. I was greeted by at least 2 people each time I came into the dealership (I did not buy the car on my first I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca. He did his best to get me in the car that I wanted at a price that would work for me. He was very friendly, and communicated with me regularly. I did not feel pressured at all while looking at my options, nor did he try to show me cars that I was not interested in. Jeremy in finance was also very friendly and helpful. He made sure to explain everything to me, and was able to answer all of my questions. Even better, he got me the monthly payment that I needed! Overall I am very impressed with this Ciocca dealership, and will undoubtedly be back again. More

We had an usual situation where we are currently in the process of moving to another state. He is already a resident and I'll be moving in the next few months. They were very accommodating and handled the tags-- even with it being a state they normally don't get buyers from. We had an appointment and were running late since we were driving up from DC. They had the car pulled up front in a special spot when we arrived. They greeted us as we came in. Since we got there a few minutes before closing, they stayed open for us to finish everything. Great experience. I work in the automotive industry and would recommend buying at Ciocca! More

The process of buying a car can often be too long, but everyone here made us comfortable and cared for during the various steps.
