But I was very impressed with the way that you listened and understood my needs in buying a car. And you made time for me during a very busy day at the dealership and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Your price negotiations were hassle free and I very much appreciated the way in which you and Brian, your finance guy, were able to quickly and fairly close the deal. Another factor which sold me on buying the car from you was your dealership. In our conversations I could see how excited and proud that you were to be working for Mr. Ciocca’s dealership and his philosophy of treating both customers and his employees. Passing thrugh for a casual quote...but then Got an offer I couldn't refuse. Had earlier left another a dealer with a very satisfactory quote, but had an appointment with Ciocca already set. We had an hilarious time and he gave a quote, but it.didn't begin to match the other dealer, I said. Hmmm. Had to talk to the manager. In five minutes, they were both standing before me. Not only did they match the other dealer's price, but offered me a car with $1,500 of additional options. Drove the new car to dinner at the club with my wife. Did I mention that we had a great time at Ciocca. Hey, they don't mention Tom Calianno in the internet office on the list of employees. He made the deal possible! I wouldn't have stopped by if it hadn't been for him. More

Great Experience - 2015 Subaru Forester Ciocca Subaru was the best car buying experience I have had. As a previous owner of two Legacys and a current Forester owner, I know the Subaru produ Ciocca Subaru was the best car buying experience I have had. As a previous owner of two Legacys and a current Forester owner, I know the Subaru product well and didn’t need to be sold on it. I wanted to handle most of the transaction through e-mail. I reached out to Shawn who was very responsive for a couple of CPO Foresters I was interested in, as well as the trade-in value I was looking to get for my current Forester. When they sold before I could get to the dealership, he did his best to get me in a new vehicle at a price point I was looking for. We agreed on a price point, and I got to the dealership where Mohammed took care of me from thereon. He was very friendly, personable and answered any questions I had. Both the price of the new vehicle and trade-in were the same from the e-mail communications to my physical presence at the dealership…no changes, issues or hassles . Actually meeting the written or estimated value of the trade-in does not often happen at dealerships, but Ciocca honored this. Finally, Mike went through the deal paperwork fairly quickly so I could be on my way in a quick amount of time. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT experience, both from a price point perspective and service perspective. I will surely be buying my future Subarus here and recommend it to family and friends. More

3rd vehicle in the last 14 months We wandered in to Ciocca Subaru in December 2013 on a whim. It was end of year the place was crazy. After wandering the lot for a few minutes my wife and I were approached by a gentleman who asked if we being helped we said no and he said "let me get someone out here to help you, I'm not the right guy to help you with your questions I only own the place". It was Greg Ciocca, he stayed with us telling us about the history of the dealership, how he came about purchasing it from the Becker Family and how he built his family of dealerships. He was genuine and down to earth. Mike Mohr was our Sales Rep and got us into a few vehicles and the eventual sale of our Crosstrek. Mike was great to deal with, no pressure, friendly and worked to get us a good deal. Since that day my mom and daughter have purchased a vehicle from Mike. We will continue to come back to Ciocca for our new and used car needs. More
