I couldn't even figure out where it was coming from, but they found it and fixed it. I didn't have to wait around while they worked. I got a brand-new loaner car and was on my way. From the minute I walked in the door I purchased a new 2014 XV Crosstrek Hybrid for my wife and am extremely happy with my car purchasing experience. From the minute I walked in the door to the day my wife drove the car off the lot, Mr. Dennis Roberti's level of customer service greatly exceeded my expectations. In particular, I was particularly impressed with Mr. Roberti's sales approach, friendliness, and dedication to customer service. Sales Approach Mr. Roberti's sales approach was very professional and efficient. He explained the process in a level of detail that would surely help a first time buyer make an informed decision about his or her purchase. I also greatly appreciate his "no pressure" approach, which is the one aspect of car buying I believe everyone thinks considers before heading to a dealership. Friendliness Mr. Roberti was extremely friendly during the whole experience, and I enjoyed speaking to him while I was waiting for the paperwork to be processed. My wife also commented when we got home how much of a pleasure it was speaking to Mr. Roberti. Customer Service This is the area where Mr. Roberti really excelled. First, Mr. Roberti managed the entire car buying experience. I spent very little time working with other people at the dealership (the exception was my finance manager, Mr. Kevin Fulep). This signaled to me that Mr. Roberti cared about the customer experience, since he could have easily passed the responsibility of dealing with me to someone else after I agreed to purchase the car. Second, our car was not quite ready when we arrived to pick it up. Mr. Roberti was clearly concerned about delivering the car "late" (a largely inconsequential 21 minutes) and alerted management to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with our experience. Overall, Mr. Roberti is a fantastic sales representative, and I highly recommend Mr. Roberti for your Subaru buying experience. More
