I spoke to Ciara regarding a used car I wanted. I told her that I would like to have the car looked at by a mechanic before I purchased and she said that was fine. I agree to come in and she didn't have t her that I would like to have the car looked at by a mechanic before I purchased and she said that was fine. I agree to come in and she didn't have the courtesy to tell me that there's a different location for their non Subaru used cars. I arrived at the main dealership and waited for half an hour until her coworker came and told me the correct location. This should have been a warning sign for me to just go home. I get to used car lot and test drive the car. When I get back there's another person waiting to test drive the same car I thought I was buying. I asked the salesman why they would book 2 appointments for the same vehicle. I was put in a position where I had to make a decision to buy the car on the spot without the mechanic inspecting it. I understand they have to make money, but they should not have wasted my time.. I chose to walk away and take my business elsewhere. These people are unprofessional and could care less about customer service. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of dealerships who would be willing to earn your business and treat you with respect. More

My 2018 lease was running out next month so I started shopping around for a new car. I was debating sticking with Mazda, going back to Hyundai, or trying out Subaru. Ended up falling in love with the shopping around for a new car. I was debating sticking with Mazda, going back to Hyundai, or trying out Subaru. Ended up falling in love with the Forester (even if I was losing some features like leather upholstery and automatic locking on exit) but I had some bad luck with the specific models I wanted. Ciocca ended up finding one in NJ and having it brought in and I ended up buying it. I am still working from home so I'm not doing a lot of driving but the little I've done makes me happy. I have a few questions about features, but I plan on visiting with Jenna in a few weeks to get my questions answered. More
