Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and answered my questions regarding some of the car safety features. I didn’t feel pushed to close the deal on my first visit. The 2020 Forester and answered my questions regarding some of the car safety features. I didn’t feel pushed to close the deal on my first visit. The 2020 Forester has a couple of minor blemishes. The leather seats had noticeable impressions from the rubber floor mats. Apparently Subaru ships the car with the seat folded down causing the impression. If the leather doesn’t recover, Ciocca will replace the complete seat. The Forester also had a small dent in the passenger side rear door which will be repaired once I schedule for service. The online seminar for review of all the technology was excellent. Good Job Ciocca. More

I had never considered buying a Subaru before. I went to just look and test drive an Ascent. Jim was very knowledgeable not only about the car, but also about the dealership. 2020 Subaru Impreza- Phenomenal, Fantastic, Wonderful, Amazing. John really went all and above to help me pick out a car that will best suit me. I went in the dealer unsure of what model I wanted and John helped me chose between what 2 I was interested in and made sure it was 100 percent the best choice for me! He gave me excellent service and made my experience go very smoothly. He was very personable and showed me that he actually cared about what he was selling me, and made sure I knew the in and outs of the car before selling it to me. I don’t have enough kind things to say about John. 😊 He’s the best, he took the best care of me while selling my car and ensured I get the best deal and went out of his way in order to do so. Greg made this such a great experience, that he not only converted me into a Subaru advocate, but also a proud customer of Ciocca. After a previous positive experience with Greg when my fiancé was lookin converted me into a Subaru advocate, but also a proud customer of Ciocca. After a previous positive experience with Greg when my fiancé was looking for a new car, I knew who exactly to reach out to when my lease was up on my Ram 1500. Greg walked me through what’s involved with the lease turn-in process. Within an hour, I had test drove a 2020 Subaru Outback Premium. Shortly thereafter my Ram 1500 was appraised, and then we began the paperwork for the Outback. Greg was able to make this such a positive and stress-free process. At no point in time did I feel like I was being pressured into a sale, which is a relief after negative experiences with other local dealerships. Ben did a fantastic job of educating me on the process of leasing a Subaru and what programs/add-ons that Ciocca offers. He was patient and attentive, and ultimately provided me with a lease program that worked within my budget, but also offered me peace of mind with all of the coverage and benefits associated with it.
