After driving more than 90 miles to test drive a car at another dealership in Allentown, we left very disappointed with the service and without a vehicle. Fortunately, we were also interested in the Subaru Ascent and Ciocca Subaru was minutes away. From the moment we walked in to the dealership, the Ciocca Subaru team was ON IT! Diane at the reception desk quickly found an available salesman for us, despite all the other customers in the showroom and on the lot. Our salesman, Jimmy Schin, was incredibly personable, respected our time and previous experience buying cars, and was extremely knowledgeable about the Ascent. Even though he was working with other customers at the same time, we always felt that he was interested and involved with us. We looked at the new 2020 Ascents, but were extremely excited to see a 2020 dealer loaner Ascent with hardly any miles on it as a certified pre-owned with all the bells and whistles we were looking for. Craig and Dan in Financing were quick with the paperwork while also being very thorough. We left Allentown for our return trip home VERY SATISFIED with our overall experience. Would DEFINITELY use Ciocca Subaru again for our service and parts if we lived a little closer. Will likely check them out again in the future when we're in the market for another vehicle. More

Ciocca and Greg gave a great experience along the way, and did a great job explaining more than just the vehicle price but other areas of consideration such as features, benefits, warranty, financing incentives, and limited time special offers as a result of the pandemic.
