I found out they were charging me for work I asked them to do but they never did. I talked to a service manager about it and nothing was done to rectify the situation. It makes me question if my oil changes were completed or not. I paid for a tire rotation. One of my tires was losing air. After the tire rotation the same tire was losing air. I paid to have it done and it was not done. That wasn’t the first time I noticed it either. I also paid for new windshield wipers. They were not replaced either. More
