Okay no big deal they wanted to try and get me a better rate. They didn't but apparently wanted to try other companies. I told them yes as long as it would not put another hard inquiry on my credit report. Said it wouldn't. Well after they couldn't get me a better rate and we left happy with our Certified Pre-owned Subaru Legacy Premium at home I found I now have two hard inquiries from one attempt to buy a car. Besides that making me upset it was not a bad place to work with. They did try to find me a better deal and help me get into the car any way necessary. So despite the hard inquiry hiccup I would recommend the dealership and its employees to anyone. More

2020 Subaru Forester Adrian was great. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car. He spent as much time as we wanted going over each of the features of the car. Adrian was great. Top notch service department I brought my car in Saturday to the service department for my yearly state inspection ( I'm fairly new to PA so I did not fully understand how it work I brought my car in Saturday to the service department for my yearly state inspection ( I'm fairly new to PA so I did not fully understand how it worked.) Devon greeted me as soon as I pulled into the garage and was extremely patient with me as I had to find my paperwork and print off a new up to date insurance card. He answered all of my questions without issue and was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. I was offered a loaner car while my car was being taken care of and the process for that was just as easy/wonderful. Overall the team over Ciocca is exceptional and I look forward to working with them again in the future. More

We purchased our new car in January 2020. Our salesman Jim Schindler took his time to carefully explain all the new features of our new car and helped us customize a few things before we left the lot! Great price, great service package, and an all around very positive experience. Ciocca was our first and last stop for this vehicle purchase and I know we made the right decision. Additionally, the day after we bought the car, we got a flat tire and were able to drive it back to the dealership where they replaced the tire (free of charge!) in less than an hour. It was especially impressive because their service department had a full schedule and I didn’t have an appointment! Great service! More
