It wasn't until a friend told me about Mr. Ciocca's dealership that I decided to take the hour and a half drive to this location to seek the help I needed. I was able to work with Greg Fichter, Craig Luksa, and Kyle Egge. I was also able to interact with a few other team members and I was very happy with the all around service and energy of the building. Everyone was excited to help and enthusiastic about making things easy on people. I felt comfortable during the entire experience. Greg Fichter helped answer all the questions we had and when he didn't have an answer he knew where to find the answer. He was patient and personable with myself and my partner. In the end we ended up with a Subara 2020 Outback we knew met our needs. There is so much more to share.
