The perks, like free oil changes, were great too. I've bought many cars over the years, but I felt most satisfied buying from Ciocca. However, I wished they had given me more time to consider their add on packages (like discounts on tires). It was brought up right as I was signing on the car, and it didn't give me much time to think about if they were worth the money. The Account Manager did give me an extra day to research it after I asked, to be fair. I just wish it had been brought up earlier. More

We contacted ciocca a few weeks ago about a car that was in transit to the dealership and we were put into contact with Milton. Prior to the cars arrival Milton would call to make sure everything was covered for the day the car arrived. He remained in contact throughout the entire process with updates or just to answer any questions. When we arrived to pick up the car Milton made us feel right at home. He was honest and straight forward without ever making us feel pressured like some other dealerships we visited before. Thank you Milton, this will not be our last time at ciocca!! More

Great Dealership!! I have been to alot of dealerships in the NorthEast and no one could work with me to get me to where I wanted to be for a payment for the car I wanted I have been to alot of dealerships in the NorthEast and no one could work with me to get me to where I wanted to be for a payment for the car I wanted. I did my homework before I went and knew what I wanted to pay for a car. I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to test drive a car that they had on the lot, only to be told that once I got there that the car was sold the night before. I was super mad, but to my surprise they really worked with me to earn my business after I drove all that way. Donnie was very nice and Tom was awesome and made it right as they were in the wrong. I have never negotiated and bought a car on my own but they were so accommodating and answered any ?'s and concerns I had before I purchased one. Then we came back on Saturday to pick up our car after they installed a remote start for me. Well my hubby noticed a paint chip on the car and they went above and beyond to fix the issue and then delivered the car to me. I wont have my car serviced there because I live to far away but I would definitely buy another car through them. I was very happy with the treatment they gave me. Really love this dealership compared to the ones where I live. No pushy salesmen which I really liked. Thanks so much Ciocca!!! More
