From the beginning Fernando was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and worked very hard. I don’t have the best credit, but he somehow found me a car that I could get financed and it is amazing. Most places would have sent me away without giving me a chance or I could go to a buy here pay here and regret it. He and his manager kept looking and found the car for me. I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and go speak to Fernando. More
Great car-buying experience! I shopped around at several dealers before deciding on another subaru. By far, the process of checking out, test driving and comparing cars was much m I shopped around at several dealers before deciding on another subaru. By far, the process of checking out, test driving and comparing cars was much more pleasant at Ciocca subaru. My salesman, John, was patient and respectful and listened to my special needs in a vehicle. While another dealer outright lied to me that a certain model could not be ordered with a certain feature, I test drove a vehicle with just such a configuration at Ciocca. When it was apparent that a sub compact crossover would not meet my needs, John looked for a Forester for me with the features needed. The dealership went so far as to find one at another dealer two states away and acquired it for me. The price negotiation process was also smooth. I admire that John was patient and took me seriously even though the process was slow and interrupted by a temporary illness on my part. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Ciocca Subaru to others. Their selection, prices, and service cannot be beat! More

Recall ends Badly Took my 2013 Impreza in for a Valve Spring Recall and within 30 miles of driving, after the work was complete, the cars check engine light came on and Took my 2013 Impreza in for a Valve Spring Recall and within 30 miles of driving, after the work was complete, the cars check engine light came on and the car started sputtering when idling. Took the Car back to Ciocca and they wanted to charge me $130 to diagnose the issue which after some discussion they decided to do for free. They told me the code was for a Cylinder 2 misfire and that they did not touch this area of the car, hmm funny changing Valve Springs you have nothing to do with the cylinders. I called 2 mechanics and FAULKNER SUBARU ( a much better subaru dealer ) and all of them said you have to at least pull the coils out let alone remove the engine. I called back and spoke to Carolyn the service manager and she went to speak withe the Service Writer and the Mechanic that did the work and her response was, They did not have to touch this area to do the job and the mechanic said it was running rough when I brought the car in. If indeed the car was running rough when i brought it in, with a cylinder 2 misfire, the check engine light would have been on at this time and it was not. I would suggest to all that you take pictures and videos of how your car is running when you take it here for service or a recall just in case you have the same issue. Look how many pictures they take of your car and how many places you have to initial and sign. Oh by the way my mechanic replaced the plug and coil and the car is fine. They are a bunch of liars and the service manager has no idea what they are talking about. More

Buying our Used Car We went in after seeing the car on TruCar and were greeted immediately. Robert came out and turned us over to Donnie. Offering drinks, bathrooms, etc. He went right out and brought the car around for us to look at. This was nice as neither my husband nor I are able to walk all around a dealership to hunt for the car. He brought it right to the door. He drove my husband around in the car. Since we didn't have to finance the car he sped the process up considerably. When I questioned how we were going to get our original car and the new car home without buying a new plate Donnie said that there was no problem as they would deliver the car. OMG! What dealership delivers the car to your house which was over a half hour away. Way to go Ciocca! More
