They made it a great experience! I leased a Subaru Ascent (which I LOVE and highly recommend). I had done my own research and had very limited time to spend at the dealership. This was one of three dealerships I was working closely with by phone and email. Ciocca worked with me over the phone and got me the best deal. When I came in for the vehicle, all the paperwork was ready, and the vehicle was beautifully detailed. The time I spent with Jeff Staver was so valuable - he quickly showed me all the cool features I might not have discovered on my own. A few weeks later, I visited with Summer McLaughlin, a delivery specialist who showed me more cool features and really shows enthusiasm for the vehicle. Everyone, especially Sean Jenkins, Jeff, and Summer made this a great experience and put my needs at the center of all of our interactions. I don't recall the name of the Finance person I worked with, but he was quick and informative and did not take up a lot of my limited time. More

The staff Mike Mohr in particular, really helped me achieve that. I love my new car! I got everything I wanted, and at a reasonable price. Sean Jenkins, the manager, was outstanding and really made it all possible at the end of the day. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted at a great deal. Thank you all!!!! Dealership good. Sales rep...no good Easy transaction. Went in, test drove one car. Bought it. The sales rep was friendly and finance rep was great too. The after the paperwork was signed is where it went downhill. Jim definitely left me feeling that he didn’t care after the sale was made. He told me that he would have the car delivered to me. After I signed he told me nobody was available to do it. I came back later to pick it up. Jim met me at the door and handed me the keys. Never went over the car with me. I inquired about the owners manual missing the next day. Jim never responded to me. I followed up a week later. Nothing. I reached out to the manager Jared Nissen. He was extremely helpful. Jim then contacted me after the Jared told him to. He told me that his email was messed up and didn’t receive my emails. Funny, because I had to email him my insurance info the day I purchased and he had received that. Jim advised me he would order the manual and contact me when it came in, probably within 3-5 days. I waited 10 days. Nothing. So I contacted Jared again. He advised me the manual had been in a week and told Jim to contact me. Lack of professionalism on Jim’s part left a bad feeling for the dealership overall. Definitely empty promises and no follow up. Jared was extremely helpful and did what he could. More

I was in a car that was okay but I had a few issues with it. I contacted the manager, Sean Jenkins, on several occasions, to see if he could help me. He always got back to me, even when my husband bought a car at his competitor. He still offered to match or beat the deal and now I'm driving a brand new 2019 Ascent. I will always give them the first chance to earn my business. John Antigua and Mike Mohr both did a phenomenal job as well! More
