While browsing on Cargurus a few nights ago, I came across a preowned Crosstrek listed at Ciocca that was in my price point, reasonable mileage, and many of the features I was interested in. I reached out to their internet team, and received a response from Marissa asking when I would like to come in and look at the Crosstrek and speak with the Sales team. I made an appointment to come in after work tha same day, and was paired up with Vinny Masaryk after I arrived. Vinnny took me for a test drive in the Crosstrek which was great, showed me around the facility, and took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for, and he asked if he could get me into leaving with the Crosstrek that day, would I be interested? I honestly wasn’t prepared for that questtion, because with having less than stellar credit, I expected to be denied once they were going to run my info. Low and behold, the team at Ciocca was able to make it happen. The monthly payment will end up being higher than my figures were prepared for, but I will make this work since they worked some magic I feel, that got this done. For those of you in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend the staff at Ciocca Subaru to make it happen for you as well. More

We test drove our share of the Forrester models and the Outback. Our sales guy, Zack, was very patient and made sure we were able to test drive whatever we wanted. We are ultimately settled on the outback and when we are ready to buy they didn’t have one on the lock but Zack was able to get one to us later in the day. They take care to maintain customer service quality all the way through the process and the closing was a piece of cake and were very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend both Zack and Ciocca Subaru. More

Nice test drive despite construction. It was a good experience, a little lengthy explanation of the extended warranty, but nothing was pushed on me. I had a nice time and am very pleased. More

Good experience at a HUGE Dealership Ciocca Subaru is the second largest dealership in the country. So that gives you an idea of the selection you will find. The vehicle was a 2019 with slightly over 5,000 miles on it. The vehicle was actually used as a service loaner for the dealership. We got a pretty good deal on the vehicle, but always a good idea to do your homework on what the car is worth. I dealt with Greg Fichter and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership is very easy to work with and accommodating with finances. We purchased a vehicle last year and another dealership required a certified check. Ciocca said that we could pay with a personal check. When we returned to pick up the car a couple days after signing the deal, once we had our finances in place, the finance manager Luke Freitas met with us and offered to throw in a maintenance program for free if we bought the extended warranty. With all the technology in the vehicle we thought an extended warranty would probably be a good idea.
