The vehicle was a 2019 with slightly over 5,000 miles on it. The vehicle was actually used as a service loaner for the dealership. We got a pretty good deal on the vehicle, but always a good idea to do your homework on what the car is worth. I dealt with Greg Fichter and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership is very easy to work with and accommodating with finances. We purchased a vehicle last year and another dealership required a certified check. Ciocca said that we could pay with a personal check. When we returned to pick up the car a couple days after signing the deal, once we had our finances in place, the finance manager Luke Freitas met with us and offered to throw in a maintenance program for free if we bought the extended warranty. With all the technology in the vehicle we thought an extended warranty would probably be a good idea. I had seen a car online at their dealership and sent an email requesting some more information. Fernando called me and was very professional and straight forward. I explained to him that I was looking at a certain car they had. He asked me to come look at it and explained that he just had serviced but not cleaned. That didn't bother me at all. Again honest and straight forward. Needless to say, after the test drive and getting the right price: I bought the car. There was no hard sales pitch and no pushing. Both parties agreed on price and the deal was done. Thanks again for taking the time to work with me. Looking forward to doing business in the future with Fernando and Ciocca. More
