When I arrived the vehicle was no longer available and no one was available to assist me at that time, so I left. The next day I received an email from Halley Z. asking how my visit to Subaru was. After learning of my experience she quickly responded with an email apologizing. Within the hour I received a phone call from a sales consultant, (Fernando Santiago Jr}. He apologized for the miscommunication and began to discuss other options in my price range. Fernando was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations of providing me a suitable vehicle in my price range. The interaction with Fernando, the smooth and quick paperwork process, and the vehicle I purchased, made my experience with Ciocca a very pleasant and satisfying one, Daryl More

Our first specialist, however, would not budge on price and was the typical “used car salesman” who was pushy and inconsiderate under a pretense of “wanting to be friends.” THEN we were referred to Greg Fichter so we took another chance and went back to Ciocca. Greg is an AMAZINGLY customer-oriented guy with a friendly and direct personality. There were no games played with Greg, and we came to a deal in HALF the time it took to get talked at in circles by the “other guy.” He was open and honest and truly did what he could to get a deal that worked for both us and the dealer. I would reccommend Greg to anyone as he did a fantastic job, even after I had gotten to my peak of car-buying frustration. Thank you Greg we will be returning! More
