When vehicle was picked up I asked them to explain delays, they said since the car was towed in it required more parts. The car was not towed in it was driven in, another adjuster was very rude to me telling me these things take time when vehicles are sevearly damaged,since this was only a bumper cover replacement vehicle was dirveable damage only cosmedic I knew he was not telling me the truth, I don't like when people lie to me, the same old car dealer tricks!
