I scheduled a test drive the same day and purchased a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz that evening. Fernando was a very professional, friendly and helpful, not pushy, salesman. I would highly recommend buying a used or new car from this dealership. Just one suggestion I would like to make is; my gas tank was almost on empty when I left the dealership. Making sure I had even half a tank of gas would have made my overall dealership rating 5 stars. More

Overall Pleasant Experience Went in to buy a new Subaru on the last day before Christmas. It was very hard to make a decision on what model to purchase. Our salesman Greg Fichter was very patient with us. We test drove a couple of cars but could not decide what we wanted. Greg did a great job of trying to help us. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. There was no pressure to make us decide before we were ready. We ended up buying a 2019 Outback the day after Christmas. My wife is very happy with the car. We would recommend Greg Fichter to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. Yes, I lost everything that I put into it. Auto car starter, 4,000,00 in pmts but it’s ok. That’s how it goes . I hope! Whoever gets my Crosstrek knows the ONLY REASON I GOT RID OF IT !!! Is because I needed a bigger car ! It’s is GREAT SHAPE ! Back doors were never used 😓 anyway kudos to Adrian for having my back ! He was AMAZING ! Fernando took care of the paperwork for purchase fairly quickly. I just wish that I didn't have to wait so long for the financing guy (Anthony?). The finance guy wasn't too upset when I rejected the offers and sped up his process. He's got a job to do so no big deal. Anyways, the Ciocca promise was also a plus so you can beat that at all!
