I have been getting my 2005 Subaru Outback serviced at Flemington Subaru's service department for seven years. After my car was done with the warranty I went to another shop but returned to Flemington Sub Flemington Subaru's service department for seven years. After my car was done with the warranty I went to another shop but returned to Flemington Subaru for Service because of the care they take in servicing my Outback. They have not disappointed. I have known Gail for a few years and she is my service associate. She is top notch. I took my Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation knowing that there might be more significant items that had to be attended to. I appreciated the thoroughness of Ed the tech who who serviced my car. He recommended that the timing belt be replaced, a major repair. Whatever doubts I had about getting my timing belt replaced were short-lived when I was told that the radiator was leaking on or near the engine. If I had not had the timing belt replaced I would not have known about the leaky radiator which could have left the car undriveable. In this age of COVID, difficult to find used and new cars, keeping my Outback in good repair is important and worth the money.
