The service was poor. The recall was not done. My son lives an hour away in north Jersey. He has an airbag recall on his Subaru. He was coming down to spend the weekend wi The recall was not done. He was coming down to spend the weekend with us here in Flemington and so since your dealership is right near us, the appointment was made days in advance with Dana, for him to drop off the car on Friday before closing with an appointment for 8am on Sarurday for the recall to be done and the vehicle to be picked on Saturday before closing. This was all explained at the time the appointment was made. At 3pm my son got a call from Christine that they haven't even started work on his car yet. A little while later a second call came from Christine telling him that they were backed up and that the recall would not be done but they will replace the headlight bulb that was also on the work order. We went to pick up his car and although Christine was very nice and apologetic, this did nothing to alleviate the inconvenience and dismay that the airbag recall was not completed and that the vehicle was safe to drive. Having recently worked for the service department at a Lexus dealership, it was always a standard practice that any safety recall would go to the front of the line. It is incredible that a vehicle sat in this dealership with a safety recall and then sent home without completion of that issue. So yes, the service was poor because there basically was NO service for the major issue with an appointment that was made days prior. The customer's issues and time was in no way respected. More
My Outback2019 is in good hands at the Flemington, Rt31 dealership. Service is excellent, having basic oil changes, tire rotation and maintenance checks. I bought my 1st new car in 1980-Toyota but this car and my experience with a dealership IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. I picked up my car Wed night, went back the next morning where my salesman very patientl my experience with a dealership IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. I picked up my car Wed night, went back the next morning where my salesman very patiently walked through the safety and other details with me. During which they not only had my registration done but put on the plates. I am amazed by the car and the dealership. They wrte honest and delivered as promised, just a month EARLIER THAN PROMISED, despite Covid and the supply chain! After 42 years with Toyota, I am now a happy Subaru owner! :-). I work in Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical Industry and I only wish there were more that 5 stars I could give.. Great job, great dealership. Very painless! More
The service department web site confused me so I contacted my sales rep, M. Gansfuss and he was able to get me the information to schedule the correct service appointment and a time slot that didn't contacted my sales rep, M. Final price was as estimated and was competitive with non dealer shops that I have used for other vehicles. My vehicle was wheeled in at my 0930 appointment time and I was done in a little over one hour, also within times at competitive garages. Rating a service department is difficult as you don't watch the mechanics nor can you tell the quality of the work. I use the dealer for this vehicle assuming that there is a mutual desire for the vehicle's performance and longevity. This is the family's third Subaru so I guess that's a rating by itself. More

Watch out for sneak in repairs . Don't round your mileage for the writer.An oil change ,tire rotation and wipers ended up costing 450.00 .
