Hi Trisha, I appreciate the time you took to speak with my husband, Mark, and reach out to me and provide partial credit. I understand that the service writer, Gail, was busy, and she did apologize to me for my three-hour wait. I actually have 22.5K miles on my car. I told Gail (who I happened to mention we have the same name and spelling ) that I was unsure what my mileage was and would go out to my car to get the exact reading. She said not to and told me to give her approximate, and I guessed 25K. Once the technician saw it was only 22 miles, they should confirm with the writer that the customer asked for a 30K service. Also, when I communicated to Gail that my husband worked at a dealership and made it clear we did not want new tires, she got defensive repeating the need to get new tires. Overall, I was most annoyed by the cost, the wait, and my husband's frustration with the service. I have been a Suburu customer for almost 20 years and have never had a negative experience. However, I appreciate your response and efforts to remedy this situation. Thank you, Trisha. Regards, Gail Powelson
