Jeannette was amazing from beginning to end. She made the entire experience simple, straight forward and stress free. The finance department was unable to match my personal banks interest rate, yet wa the entire experience simple, straight forward and stress free. The finance department was unable to match my personal banks interest rate, yet was surprised I wasn't interested. They also really, really, really wanted me to consider 4 different warranty and service options. It was too much. Other than that, the rest of the experience was great.
