Ordering a car with Jeannette was a pleasure: she is professional, honest and follows up diligently. No surprises or disappointments when the car arrived and she has stayed with us post sale to answer professional, honest and follows up diligently. I loved that she emphasized all the critical things to learn so I could drive away not feeling overwhelmed but in control. We will return for a second session as she suggested. The individuals I interacted with in Service were very nice. I would have liked to have been informed of the results of the multi point check and alignment check at some point before I picked up the vehic nice. Amazed at the great service. I have a 2019 Subaru Legacy with 24k miles on it. While traveling through a drive-thru, the brakes failed and I could not stop the car without putting the car in Park. Luckily, with 24k miles on it. While traveling through a drive-thru, the brakes failed and I could not stop the car without putting the car in Park. Luckily, I did not hit the car in front of me. I was able to drive the car home going very slow. I had the car towed to Flemington Subaru. They tried out the brakes and could not replicate the brake issue. However, instead of giving up, they were persistant in finding the issue. The tech even drove the car home so he could test the brakes. After several days working with the Subaru Field Engineer, they were able to locate the issue. In the mean-time, I was given a Forrester as a loaner which made my life a lot easier. After the brake booster was replaced, the tech noticed there was still an issue and ordered a new Master Cylinder. Once the part was delivered, it was installed. The tech was still not satisfied and discussed the issue with the field engineer, They decided to also replace the ABS Controller. The car was not released back to me until the field engineer test drove the car. It seems there was a leak in the Master Cylinder which damaged the Brake Booster, and ABS Controller. I have never experienced a dealership to go above and beyond, making sure the car was fixed and completely safe to drive. I wish to thank Christine, the Service writers, the tech, The field engineer, and Subaru Customer Service for a job well done. Wishing you all the best. More
